Although not residents at this establishment, we dined twice (it was that good) at the Black Rock cafe.
The service is impeccable and excellent food quality without breaking the budget!
The customer service is akin a Four Seasons 5 star.

We relaxed at the resort with a luxurious spacious beach bungalow a tranquil and quiet atmosphere and the stunning sunsets are sooo… worth the trip alone. All staff are helpful and friendly and always ready to give a cheerful "Kia Orana"they truly make this paradise experience enjoyable and make you feel right at home. The crystal clear blue waters and palm lined beaches are postcard picture perfect.

This place is so amazing words and photos cannot describe the beauty of this resort. We are here for 5 nights and I wish it was for longer. Our room is simply stunning and I am writing this watching the sun set which I might add is spectacular! The staff are amazing the moment you are picked up at the airport you are made to feel so very welcome. Norman the manager is wonderful and is so welcoming, we felt like royalty! All the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. The food in the restaurant is divine and the food in the bar is equally as amazing! We travel a lot but I can honestly say we have never experienced such high standards of hospitality! This resort is spectacular and the staff make it so memorable and they know you and welcome you by your first name which is pretty special! This place is magical and we have certainly fallen under the spell and never ever want to leave!

I don't know how you could come here and not be blown away. The resort is simply paradise from the guest services to the landscape architecture. Everyone on Aitutaki Island is so friendly, accommodating and kind. The rooms are incredible, all beachfront, even the pool, bar and restaurant is on the beach front. We sat and ate breakfast whilst watching Humpback Whales breach beyond the reef — who does that?! 10/10 Pacific Resort, you live and work in paradise.

An amazing experience in Aitutaki. I'd always recommend to stay there if you like to be alone, not disturbed and to experience a superb attention. They have the best pool in the island and the resort is really exclusive Only two remarks: 1. The beach side is not the best as far as it's polluted some times 2. The attention from waitresses is not the Polynesian experience we expected Don't forget to do the lagoon your visiting honeymoon and one foot island.

A special note to the General Manager Norman Luxemburg and his staff at Reception to say thank you and fond memories of our stay during July 2018. Both Norman and his staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable occasion. Service and accommodation above expectations and that little bit extra made all the difference David and Phil Lyall Sydney Australia.

Small, luxurious resort, calm, stress healing place, breakfast a la carte only, Wi-Fi is expensive but works well, staff is very nice and helpful, great morning yoga classes.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the welcome by the General Manager to the level of service from all areas of the hotel to the stunning location… this place has it all. The beachfront suites are so amazing and the whole place just oozes luxury. Thanks for the stay!

A polynesian experience. Great ‘included’ breakfast, lunch by the sea / pool and romantic setting for a la carte dinner. Very helpful staff and lovely snorkeling. Great room or should I say bungalow.

Absolutely magical experience at the Pacific Aitutaki. The beach front bungalows are exquisite, and they supply everything you need to enjoy the coral reefs right at your front door.

What a honeymoon destination. Truly magical. Even when it rained on the opening night we could not be disappointed by the hospitality and love from both the GM (Norman) and AGM (Adam). They and their wonderful staff looked after us at every turn, even when I was unwell on the final day. The resort was private, it was relaxing, despite the other recent review, we for the most part enjoyed the food (breakfasts were very tasty). We loved Aitutaki and would recommend anyone thinking about going to the Cook Islands to come here, it was quiet, peaceful, not overly developed and the resort has a beautiful tranquil setting in amongst comfort and luxury. It was so sad to leave a paradise like here. Thanks again guys.

The best resort on the island. A paradise… Breakfast and dinner great. If you have to choose you only have this as a destination. Other places emblazoned with Waterhouse are worth nothing to compare! International and local Staff, we speak all the main languages, including Italian.
Water Utilities always available, cheap scooter rental, and free bicycles; Swimming pool and bar convenient. Afternoon activities. Gym. Everything in the maximum relaxation!

Went back for our first anniversary after getting married there and falling in love with place. Service, staff and resort is second to none and the place is a piece of heaven.

Absolute paradise, better in real life than any photos… this is a place you come to rest and relax and escape a million miles away from busy life. We have travelled to many island destinations and this would for sure have to be the most beautiful we have seen so far. The lagoon is to die for, the resort is beautiful and authentic relaxed island style, the beach bungalows are beautiful and being able to step right out onto the beach with your hammocks and sun loungers is magic. All the food was delicious and the staff were all amazing. Special note goes to Moira, Courtnee, Baldwin, James & David the GM for always looking after us and going the extra mile, we will miss this place but will be back as soon as we can!

I used to think expensive resorts were a scam and could never be worth the money after having stayed at a few. I trusted the reviews I read on Pacific Resort Aitutaki and I am unbelievably glad I did. This place is magical and they've got a guest for life, whenever I can manage to get back to the cooks. Thanks to the whole team there. We sprung for the ultimate villas and were really glad with that choice too, but it looked like you can't really go wrong with any unit on the property.

A wonderful place to make soul.

Truly amazing. The price is of course quite high — you are paying for a world-class boutique resort experience — but worth it for the island trip of a lifetime. Aitutaki is a quiet, mostly unspoiled paradise; the beach is clean and private. Food varies from pretty good to excellent — that's not grading on the curve of "excellent for an isolated Pacific island with spotty food delivery, " that's "excellent for a major city. " This place is an introvert's paradise in particular. You fly in on a small plane from Rarotonga airport, itself an adorable sight to see, and you descend into the island. Silence and peace reign, except for the occasional crowing of a rooster. You will see just a few other guests at the pool and at dinner. You are sheltered from the rest of the island; should you choose to venture out, you'll find a real tropical paradise with friendly people, warm breezes, and reasonable isolation from the Western commercialization that Pacific Resort represents. We checked out bicycles from the hotel and circumnavigated the whole island in a morning, and we climbed to the highest point in half an hour. Aitutaki is *small* and all the better for it.
