The reception accepts payment by bank cards (VISA), although some guests noted that the staff at the reception and in the restaurant experience difficulties converting euros to Comorian francs. It is also mentioned that some employees do not speak English.

Breakfast is included in the price of the stay, and opinions on it are divided. Some guests describe it as a simple buffet with mango or ginger juice, fresh fruit, baguettes, butter, honey, and coffee. Others call the breakfasts mediocre, complaining about a lack of local fruits and limited choice: for example, a prohibition on choosing both eggs and sausages, or tea and coffee simultaneously. It was also noted that the claimed "buffet" may actually turn out to be a single plate with four pre-prepared items.

Some guests encountered technical shortcomings: creaking bathroom doors or a toilet that was not properly secured with cement.

There is a tennis court on the hotel grounds, but guests are recommended to bring their own rackets. The hotel also has an automatic electric generator, which ensures there are no power outages in the rooms. In the evenings, live music may be featured in the restaurant.
