I carry a very good expectation of the hotel service facilities are very good I recommend it for those people q want to leave family or friends very comfortable.

Upon entry, they take a copy of the guest's identity documents and 'allegedly' keep them in their folders. It is ok for the identification dice to be corroborated but no such support is left in any hotel, which jeopardizes the safety of passing residents.

This hotel has an otstanding staff. Be prepared this is not a 4 or 3 oe 2 or 1 star hotel, but the rooms are super clean, the staff is awesome and you will be very happy staying there. You will find just the basics, I recomend this hotel totally!

The breakfast and service is great. The rooms are small and the a/c won't go below 80. It's quite toasty.

Good morning to all. My opinion regarding this hotel (if you can call it so) I called hostel as much, not to say pension. Do you require the advance payment of all days that you are going to be hosted 100% (that is their policy) show you a few rooms in the page that have nothing to do with the reality, that is the room that they say is double, there is no a person from the front between the wall and the bed on both sides, when protests because it does not fit to what you've seen on the page, and that thou hast bought, you say that this is what you need if you want to take it and if not leave it, if you ask the obcion of a greater charge, with 60, 000 pesos of additional. In the room which I was (not that I will be going back ever), the air aconcionado was broken, the sink without a filter, there is no hot water in the shower, the room dirty, you shipped with the refrigerator unplugged and warm, the pools are a guarrada because they do not put the sewage treatment plant during the day and accumulate all the dirt of the people it gets are shower and cream-filled, the pool becomes a puddle (my wife and I we have not bathed, nor a single day) there's not even a single chair to sit out of the pools, only in the dining room, there's holl, the breakfast is much too poor.
