Excellent service, good facilities, very exquisite food!

Excellent Attention, Organization And Cleanliness.

Delicious food all very well clean and good friendly if I recommend it.

On the booking page you see a divine hotel and you arrive and it's kind of horror, the rooms smell super weird, the pool super dirty, the food is super expensive compared to the quality it has, it's something like super misleading advertising.

A few days ago I stayed and in general the atmosphere is depressing, the TV control does not serve, the room had a smell of guarded, the sink inside the room, the food is very expensive, the pool in the part where it falls like a dirty waterfall, the dirty tables in general I did not like. The only thing is the attention of the staff which is great but they do not do maintenance.

Security, very good service.

The only good thing about the hotel is the waiter, the gentleman provides good service, he is friendly and attentive. But the facilities lack maintenance room and bathroom in bad condition, the front desk staff is unsymaught and attend reluctantly, and if you go on a family plan the noise of the nightclubs will not let you rest.

Good service and a chef who lets you suck your fingers.

Positive: The attention of the staff, a special thanks to Mrs. Mireya Mogollón who helped us this sdf to be able to accommodate us despite the influx; the facilities are clean and the food spectacular, congratulations to the restaurant staff.
Negative: music is heard super loud because of all the nightclubs that are in front and next door; the bathrooms are small and uns modern; all rooms should have air conditioning.

Nice facilities, neat, very good service and excellent food. The only awkward thing is q as it is between all the nightclubs the noise at night is too loud.
