FR Hotel

Very nice place. Impressive layout, decorations, staff assistance (especially from those doing the more menial jobs, because they sincerely stay "Mi placer" to everything). Coffee bar in lobby. A front and back deck for dining on one side or using one of the hot tubs on the other, both with outstanding mountain views. The included breakfast bar was healthy fresh, and tasty. I look forward to staying here again.

Is a modern hotel where you can fine all inside de hotel… so is up to which ever who want to just take a rest. Have and excellent restaurant and a spa where you can joy a massage.
The best part was that it is in the middle of everything in the city, so was really easy to go every where in less than 5 min.
Finally, has a beutifull view, the montains in the landscape are something spetial each morning.

Check in very cumbersome. Girl at front desk studied my passport for 5 minutes. Asked where I worked, etc, etc, etc.
We chose hotel hoping to prepare meals but there is neither a microwave or oven in the room. Impossible to reheat leftover pizza.
Service in restaurant for breakfast is very poor. Few options for dinner but their ravioli was very delicious. Massage in hotel was wonderful. Location not convenient to other restaurants.
No one working in hotel speaks English.
Overall, most disappointed with service and the reason for 1 star. Look elsewhere.

Excellent service! BIG clean rooms, with AC, fridge, and a stove. The included breakfast is phenomenal and the view is beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at the FR Hotel.

The service is amazing a wonderful hotel from its architectural design, the details in each space make this a charming experience. The suite is beautiful and the food amazing. We will repeat the experience on our next trip.

Nice hotel. Good service. Parking is akward (the first time), but rooms and a warming welcome overcomes that isssue.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Colombia. DO NOT STAY HERE! First off, got here and I booked a room that housed 6 people for beds. But when I arrived they said that they charged after more than 3 people which was not included in their information. So you will not only be paying for the room but ALSO for each extra person which is absurd. Secondly, if you want to bring guests or friends over for a second to hangout or anything, they will also charge those people since they are at the hotel. My father lives in the same building since this hotel also administrates the apartments on the other side, yet they said if he wanted to come up to our room he would have to pay just to visit us for 30 minutes. As well, breakfast is included but definitely not worth it at all. It was very small portions and did not taste well. If you want to stay at another hotel please do, this hotel should be your last option.

Excellent place to share with family also has modern facilities, the dishes offered by the restaurant are exquisite. Not to mention the bar being ibagué's prettiest bar offers a wide range of spirits cocktails and drinks in general. This is a unique place in Ibagué. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is very comfortable, has a spectacular view and the atmosphere is very cozy. The food is delicious. They should expand the menu a little further in their strong dishes.

Loved it, the rooms perfectly met my expectations, recommended 100%
