Todooo is excellent, the attention, the food is spectacular a lot to choose from, too varied and delicious, a very very neat place both in the common areas with in the rooms, the rooms nice and comfortable.
I was very struck by the fact that they are very helpful, if you are thinking of going to this hotel do not hesitate, there are shows at night, you go out and find the beach, it is located in a commercial area.

The good thing is that it is located next to the beach, the food very normal, the pool showers very removed from it, there is only one bathroom on the 1st floor and it lacks toilet the s rooms on the first floor 1 with internal view is supposed to have a nice view and what we see is the clothes and shoes of the people who come from the beach, in pandemic and lack. A lot of biosecurity please place social distancing notices and mandatory use of masks, dirty reception cushions.

Rich and varied food, rich drinks, good shows, very friendly staff, we touch clean room, in the shower there was no hot water and when you claim it was not good the treatment. Good hubicacion but as it is right in the center, at night you can not sleep (people passing by the via public screams and sings until the early morning) It was my experience, but I still recommend it.

The hotel should have own transport to the two other hotels of your chain, since you can spend the day or attend the evening shows of either of them, but the other two are in the center, about 10 Km. The public transport is inexpensive, but very poor, with very little frequency and capacity. Never I was able to take. You must move around in a taxi and is quite expensive.

The music very loud at all hours and you want to rest and at 7 in the morning listen to Reggeatton music, if querew to take sun in the pool and rest, loud music, if you want to have dinner at night loud music. You want to have breakfast and you don't have toaster for bread. The Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms. The food is not of very good quality, a lot of choice fried and typical of the place as for a place of international visit that can be San Andres. Cleanliness all OK.

Good service, good instanlaciones, although we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room and it took three hours to fix the issue and we were moved from room… also I find it expensive the cost to stay cin the room to go for the Airport and more taking into account what happened the air.

Very good and comfortable rooms, the pool area, bar and restaurants also, but what I liked most was the massage area is excellent the restaurants are very good, the food varied and balanced but I give 4 stars for their staff there were staff of the Restau Rante and from the bar which was a little bit parco and even rude minus the receptionist and buttons.

Warning! do. Not. Stay. Here. This is a borderline scam if you're a foreigner. You will be paying over $150 a night for a room worth about $40 at most (which is about what locals pay). The hotel is horribly run down. There is NO hot water, bugs, doors are broken, air conditioner is broken, windows wont close, and its super super noisy. The selling point is that its an "all inclusive" hotel meaning unlimited food and drinks (which you have to pay PER PERSON, by the way, which isn't clear if you try to book online). The food is awful. Its cafeteria food and often cold. The beer is given in small glasses and the mixed drinks aren't even blended. Staying here was a complete nightmare, from being unable to sleep at night due to the noise, to the lack of hot water to wash my hair. First world problems, sure, but when you're paying $200 a night, you'd expect a better experience. Stay far, far away from here.
