Very good hotel. The attention of the boys both from reception, dining room, pool bar is excellent. Super recommended. It is very familiar, rich food, very comfortable rooms and is always spotless.
the only thing we agreed with the other guests is in the pool schedule (closes at 6pm) that could be extended at least until 9pm since it is still hot at that time and obviously the bar could also extend its schedule (we are on vacation gentlemen).

I am from the republic of Panamá. I made a reservation with Orbitz. I Paid USD $3000 for 4. Airline included from Panama City which is 1 hour away. I have been to Cancun many times wth all inclusive. For the price I was expecting more, considering the Colombian currency its so devaluated. This is so far the worst and most expensive of all. First start with the pros. The hotel is located in the tourist area close to everything. Almost 2 blocks to the beach. It has partial ocean views. The staff is friendly. Cons, I paid extra for a junior suites thinking that it was going to be better. The rooms are in the back of the hotel, which is surrounded by noisy construction, all you see is trash and debris from construction. No option of changing rooms even that I requested, came is August which is considered low season. Noise inside the hotel starts at soon as sunrise. People banging the doors and dropping objects on the floor by 6:00am. The food is ok but on schedule. Drinks are ok. Neither was great, the only restaurant serves similar food everyday. The Wi-Fi is very slow. It’s insane. They play music in the pool until late at night so more noise. In general I am so disappointed of this hotel. Mi vacación anual arruinada en este hotel. Por el precio yo esperaba más. Está un poco viejo. Demasiado ruido por construcción afuera y en la piscina en la noche. Adentro desde las 6am hay gente tirando puertas y haciendo ruido y todo se oye. The attention of a part of the waiters was not very friendly they were always distracted, the oldest if they were more friendly. When we went they had buildings so the view was not nice or sounds. It is central and that it is practical, not has a view of the beach. The attention of singers in the room never arrived. (Robes remote control. )
It is not bad but I'd prefer to try another.

In general it is a good hotel, but I think they have to pay attention to the small details to make it worthwhile to pay the price that is worth; The shows are of very good quality and entertaining, the care and quality of the bar is good. Should improve the maintenance of their furniture, they should improve the variety of meals in the restaurant and snacks, many times the receptionists were not ready to help.

Great location and service.

My experience wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't stay here again. Construction noise beginning at 8am, loud music until 3 or 4am every night, drunk (okay maybe just super loud and annoying) teenagers, and bad (doesn't work at all) Wi-Fi, made for a frustrating experience. The food was better than I expected but not great. The food was often cold but most things tasted good. Good location near to central and water activities. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.

It is hermosooooooooooooo I love the attention they have with their customers at all times (very professional), the rooms are spacious and fresh, the food is varied and nutritious… it's a nice place to spend a good holiday.

It's a good all inclusive economical, don't expect too much luxury, but great quality of people. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, but in our case the shower in the room (409) lost on one side, and the hot water was slow to arrive. It's two blocks from the beach, at night it's a little ugly, but it doesn't seem dangerous.

The rooms are somewhat small, but the beds super comfortable. I recommend the rooms with sea view, it is definitely something amazing! The food is delicious, and the bad thing is that they close the pool early. Then all 10 points

I spend a week there and never felt so at home in a hotel. Definitely a family hotel but a good atmosphere. The internet is slow but it works and the drinks by the pool are very cheap.
