I am currently here on a family vacation with 29 of my family members. We are scattered across 11 rooms. I speak for all of us when I write that this hotel is absolutely horrible. It’s abundantly clear that management does not care AT ALL about the clients. While some of the rooms are a little better off than others in terms of the view, the majority of them are humid and musky. This means that none of the towels dry in the bathrooms over night and everything, including the bed linens, is a little damp. One of the rooms is so damp that water literally leaks down the walls. Others had puddles that formed on the floors. It is also very visible that the rooms are extremely old and in dire need of an upgrade. The toilet seat in my room is cracked. The small desk/stand in the corner of my room is also cracked in the middle. I’m scared to put anything on top of it for fear that it’ll completely split in two. The windows all have gaps and so when the wind blows, the windows rattle very noisily. There is also no noise proofing. If someone is having a conversation from two doors down, you can hear everything they’re saying. You also pick up a ton of noise from the people outside of the hotel on the beach walk. The hotel is extremely under staffed. While I feel for the employees that have to do double the work, none of what is going on is acceptable. There has been issue after issue and no one has worked to resolve them or see how they can help in some other way.
