I was with my partner and the truth was a wonderful experience, the areas very clean, the food delicious, very good location, but what left us happy the most was the attention, excellent customer service, if I recommend it!

I stayed with my family from December 1st to 5th, 2020… Very good hotel, excellent location, impeccable toilet, very good service and delicious meals…
when we return to San andres they are definitely staying at Calypso beach.

When contacting them to make a reservation they are very friendly, they offer rooms with refund conditions and when requesting it do not give any answer.

Excellent hotel! the rooms are spacious and comfortable and best of all is the downtown location!

Super well located close to everything, room good, food. The only thing a little strength in the shower, go down very little water, was on the 7th floor.

The experience was terrible, within three hours of arriving, we were woken up with drill sound in the next room. Bad service, the room light did not work well, the shower neither, impossible to access basic goods such as toothpaste or deodorant (they did not sell) and mediocre attention by the staff.

Excellent location… you Can go to the beach and back, and come into your room in two minutes… service staff and food very good… It is best to sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves and if you want to leave the window open and feel that wonderful breeze and view.

It is a pretty place to stay in front of the marvellous sea. Amazing, the breakfast and dinner (services we took) were pretty great. The service in The hotel and everything 5 stars.

The hotel is nice, has very good location and the view from the room is spectacular. The air conditioner is central and you can't regulate it, so for us towards a bit of heat. The terrace lacks a bit of maintenance, but we think it is because we are in low season.

The stay was very good the truth. Located at the foot of a beautiful beach, with beautiful views and a sound to get up and lie down the waves of the sea that fell in love. Very good place to spend a few days in San Andres. Excellent location in front of the beach and close to the centre. Very good service and amenities.

Excellent attention. The people in the kitchen and cleaning some geniuses. What is reception sometimes there is no one to attend the consultations, is left alone for a few moments. Then everything else excellent.

The view from the hotel is very nice especially because you can see Johny Kay. The location is also very good you can walk around and find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops. The experience at the hotel however was not very good. For the price you pay per night does not seem good enough, the Wi-Fi Super slow, room with blood-stained sheets and the partial view to the sea with totally dirty windows that prevent you from enjoying it.

A little dated, but clean and the staff is very friendly. Just make sure you ask if there is not water. Some rooms don't have it. The view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking!

95% of the staff working at the CALYPSO are very cordial with the guest, the location is Excellency, Bellboys, bar tender and excellent reception! Totally recommended! And I would go back to vacation at the same hotel. —

People was a nice but a limited internet and it is raining the Wi-Fi no working. No internatinal call. You have to wait ine office outside open. So it is emergency Forgeret about it.

One of the best hotels in San Andrés, in addition to its view to the sea which is enjoyed from its pool on the top floor this hotel has comfortable rooms with plenty of space. It is very well located and although the bar is not included you can enjoy the bar on the first floor, overall the price ratio benefits is fine, compared to Hotros hotels in the area.

Super rich food, full breakfasts and full dinners, I can assure you that you are full, the rooms are simple but nice, every day they fix the room if you wish, very good view and excellent attention.

I drove from the airport to Hotel Calypso Beach. Then we looked for a restaurant in the dark — which we succeeded. Without difficulty, we found our way back to the hotel. Since I had to fly on to Managua/Nicaragua at about 10 a. M. On Sunday (the next flight was only the following Thursday), I ordered the wake-up call for Sunday mornings at the reception with the instruction: "Please wake me when it dawns, because I absolutely want to Photographing mood impressions! Excellent hotel, I stayed eight nights. Comfortable and spacious rooms. The attention in the dining room was very good. Out there I would have liked more variety in the meals, but anyway very rich. I recommend it!

It’s so much nicer than it looks on pictures. Amazing sea views and great location. Highly recommended, I would definetly stay here again. Not one single complaint. The room was very clean and well stocked. Room service is excellent. The roof top swimming pool is perfect if you want to get away from the salty and busy beach and sip on some cocktails and listen to music. All the staff are super friendly. I could go on but all in all a great experience and we’re glad we stayed here.

Great Place with great views. The food was excellent and the room was always cleaned on time. The front desk were also very helpful. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Well I will tell you the experience of my stay in hotel was very bad in the sense, of not having air conditioning, all weekend with a fan, and do not give an answer that convinces, I do not understand how a hotel chain is not able to have capacity to arr eglar a situation as it is and no one gives the face, and there is no courtesy to fix and put you in front of that, the food (breakfast) good very varied every day, the hotel does not have internet, only at the reception, is not trained or modern to give a service to the h uespedes, smells of moisture, the cleanliness of the rooms is not the best, not by the ladies of the toilet but the hotel does not have the infrastructure to give a quality of cleanliness, and to complete we missed a clock, which we left in the room, that's there to have that answer they give us, I read the other opinions and they all give it good grades, I don't know if people see otherwise or didn't see the things that I lived on the weekend why all this stuff I write I lived this weekend 08-19-16 to 08-22-16
