➜ The room was very hot, much better would be air conditioning and not 5 fans. Please note that there is no daily toilet in the room. There are some furniture in bad condition. The property is removed from the beach.

Hotel VERY VERY far from the center, you have to walk almost 1 hour in full sun without shade to reach the city center, where all the excursions start. The lady from the hotel had told us 15min walk… Oh no! Around the hotel there is nothing to eat or buy water. The tap water is not drinkable and they do not even offer a small bottle of water on arrival in the room. Wi-Fi works very, very badly when we need it to work. I'm not even talking about the cold shower that looks more like a garden hose than a shower… No air conditioning in the room, only fans, there is a heat to die. As for the view it is non-existent, hidden behind bars at the windows and a mosquito net with useless hole. We booked for 8 nights here, what a disappointment! No gesture on the part of the hotel, so we could not change hotels and had to stay there against our wishes. No refund possible, no gesture of understanding, nothing, it's just our fault, we should have inquired better … Flee!

It is a very quiet place, neat, cool, and friendly with the environment. Allows us to be in communion with nature and with the island, as for its location, leaving early we got to see the sunrise most beautiful that exists, from the fire, to the pedestrian. The administrators are very gentle and friendly when resolving any concerns, the bus stops one to two blocks from the hotel, it is very safe to ride. We always had Wifi, kitchenette, ceiling fans and 24 hour access. I recommend it 100%, the best in san Andrés for those who are going with the aim of getting to know the island. The administrators explained very well all the routes and give you the recommendations of the place. Excellent service.
