One of the Best hotel to stay in Cucuta. Brand New, modern and nicely decorated, confortable and well equiped rooms with Coffe machine, A/A, safe, Iron, Mini refrigerator, Free Wi Fi. The hotel is pet friendly, has a Bussiness Center, excellent facilities: Good Restaurant in floor 6 called Madeira, Laundry and Room Sercice, Fitness center or Gym, Pool. Is a very smart choice for those who are in transit and planning to take a fligth departing from Camilo Daza International Airport. This hotel has the best location just besides the biggest Shopping Center Mall in Cucuta the Ventura Plaza Shopping Center in where you could find a Metro Grocery Store, an excellent selection of restaurants and main fast food franchaises, a Cinemark and main bank branches. Search no more. This is the place to stay. If you want to take some good panoramic photos and enjoy the best views of Cucuta, don't forget to go to the roof floor 15 in where you could find a nice RoofTop Bar.

Good hotel, good location, good rooms, I think they should improve the quality of meals in the restaurant, has Gym and pool. Recommended.

It is well located and has a very nice terrace, however they put many restrictions (like not smoking or drinking) and for such reason for certain types of people (young) is not advisable to go. The rooms are comfortable but nothing of the other world and the attention is the same.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They did not do room service in the 3 days we were.

The hotel service is ok, Internet service is the most annoying service, no one is able to help with this problem, it ia one of the items they advertise and DO NOT WORK.

Central location, comfortable rooms — I've stayed a number of times since they first opened. However, in my most recent visit over multiple days, their internet frequently had problems, and the premium room type that I successfully completed a check out on online was unavailable at the hotel, so I received a lower-tier room (and no compensation). Also note that items listed in the specific room type rate description you buy — for example, I bought one described as "Enjoy this amazing room in our executive floor, eat a delicious buffet breakfast" — but at the hotel I found out breakfast isn't included — it's an extra fee.
