Very good Wi-Fi, calm, cheap and free coffee.

Great Co-Working Space!
I can recommend this Coworking 100%. The staff is super friendly and always ready to refill your free coffee and water. The place is clean with fast internet and everybody was very respectful. I would also like to highlight the cat that was accompanying me during boring meetings. And the food was also good. Muchas gracias!

This is part of a party hostel and not a seperate property. They play loud chart music until 1 AM every day and then people start getting up and dragging furniture around from about 7. So no sleep.
Honestly it's disappointing that they treat their guests like this. We would not recommend staying here unless you're looking to party every night. The drinks at the bar are disappointing too!

Pluses: staff (amazing people: nice, friendly, helpful, the security returned my bag after I left it by mistake at the bar), location (minutes from the beach, safe, central), clean (very nice big, super clean rooms with towels included), breakfast included.
Minuses: actually this is the only minus I could think of. Although this is also a co-working space it's also a party (hard) hostel and every night there will be noise from the parties on the roof-top, which is not bad if u want to party until 3 am every day of the week but could be tiring if u go there to work or just rest.

This is the review for the coworking and not the hassle as I do not stay here. First of all I’m really impressed with the decor of the place I love the pink and the blue together and makes me actually want to work. And I never wanna work. I love the rooftop however I was a little disappointed that there were not hammocks there as I love to work in a hammock or pretend to work in a hammock. The staff was kind and it was actually very quiet andnot noisy at all but this was a Friday afternoon around 12. Also had no issues with the Internet.

Great place for meetings and productivity or relaxing and catching up on your social media with fast internet, comfortable chairs plus food and drinks available at the bar next door.

Great place if you want a party. Not that good if you wanna sleep. Room was nice, kinda clean but security was poor, rooms are open whole night and your stay. Also they screw up my payment, i’ve paid 10 € more then I should, I come back and complain then it was solved. If I didn’t come back, I would lose my money.

I was less than impressed with this co working.
Was really happy to see they decided to open a location in Santa Marta. The design is definitely well thought out, very colorful and vibrant.
The entrance is through a different hostel, you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs and go through the bar to get to the co working.
The prices aren’t cheap.
The space is open so hot, humid and noisy.
And bottom line — the internet is not good.
I had to go on my hotspot to finish my calls that lost connection in the middle.
I had to go all the way down to reception to ask for help with the internet, and was just told they are trying to see what the problem is. Never got back to me, or apologized, or refunded the day. Was really upset with the level of service.
I got a sandwich at the bar, which was pretty good, but than the place’s cat decided to sit on my table while I ate, which I really didn’t like.
This cat is also the reason I was told I can’t bring my dog to the space. But apparently cat hair in the food is ok.
So bottom line — disappointing. I hope they do better in the future, especially when it comes to customer service.

You guys: do not book this if you want to sleep! It wasn't just "there's some music from the party upstairs, grab some ear plugs and get over it". I stay in hostels all the time — I get it. It was full-on rager til 4am — that you cannot escape. The whole place becomes the party. (Also, when I checked in and told the front desk I had to be up at 5am… someone could have flagged that a full-on concert was starting at midnight). I had to walk down the street in my pjs at 1am to find another "hotel". I complained to the manager who then marked me as a "no show" on booking. Com so I couldn't leave a review. It's that kind of place… Just a head's up cause I wish I'd gotten one!

I loved Flamingo Coworking while I was working there for 6 weeks in Santa Marta. Quick and reliable internet and friendly people. Ricky the manager of the building runs a really good operation, extremely helpful for making the coworking atmosphere as good as possible for everyone there. I also took lessons at the Spanish school that is based in Flamingo Coworking. Paola Yepes is a fantastic teacher of Spanish, in the space of 4 — 6 weeks my brother and I went from having 0 Spanish to being conversational. Paola teaches in Spanish but sometimes the lesson will also cover little bits of Colombian culture and recommendations for places to visit in Colombia too. The lessons are always really engaging and fun too. One of the evenings me and few other students were invited to Paola’s house where we made arepas together, all the while learning Spanish. I couldn’t recommend Paola as a teacher any more highly!

Had a wonderful time at flamingo co-working. It's extremely well ran, the internet is better than our office in California and the people working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Also a very positive social atmosphere and tones of things to do around Santa Marta. I also got Spanish lessons from Paola Yepes, she was an excellent teacher, very patient and knowledgable. Starting from nothing, I took 3 hours a week for 6 weeks and now have a decent level of Spanish. She's also a wonderful person, very welcoming and a great source of knowledge when it comes to the local culture. She also went out of her way to do interactive classes that mixed things like cooking and Spanish.

My husband and I have been at Flamingo for over three weeks now and only have excellent things to say about this coworking space and hotel.
This is really a three part review, hotel, coworking spaces and Spanish lessons. The hotel is very clean, AC in all the rooms, and very friendly staff. We stayed in a private king bed suite and the room was very comfortable with a desk, a squishy bean bag chair and a big beautiful bed as well as private bath. Oh! Also, the rooms have windows which is so important for longer stays! The room was very big and open. Because we have stayed for an extended time it was easy to build relationships with all staff from housekeeping, security, front desk and managers. They were all so easy to talk to and helpful. Housekeeping always checked with me about cleaning my room and was wiling to do it daily if I wanted. The coworking spaces are beautiful with tables, comfortable chairs with lap desks and also private air conditioned rooms if you need. The Wi-Fi never went out and was super fast. They also have coffee available all day long and fresh drinking water at no extra cost. I highly recommend the coworking spaces for a good place to work and excellent Wi-Fi. Spanish classes. I took the travelers course with Paola. Paola is a great teacher and the course really helped me refresh my Spanish and learn new tips for making it through the days and going to stores and taxis etc. The only caution I give people is the noise.

Clean comfy dorms, absurdly fast Wi-Fi. Awesome community of digital nomads / entrepreneurs. Great staff; helpful, friendly. Attached to la brisa loca — amazing food, fun bar, and rooftop is one of the best places to party. I discovered Flamingo by accident and ended up staying three weeks! At the very least get a day pass!

We had such a great time in Flamingo Coworking! What we liked the most was being a very complete coworking, great to get work done and with so much amazing nature nearby: beaches, mountains, jungle and Tayrona Park, a beautiful natural Park. Flamingo has many different working spaces: from dedicated desks to couches with adapted desks and even desks to work standing up! We love that. And of course fast and stable Wi-Fi in all of them. It also has a Backpacker hostel next door which can be accessed by a "secret" door. A bar with great social atmosphere and lots of activities: snooker, darts, a small pool, cinema room and more. Totally recommended!

Excellent place to work as a team, good environment dr work, ideal to study.
