The worst attention I have ever received, call the contact center to make a reservation, and Maria José (who answered the call) is the most derogatory, hostile and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to!
If so with a reservation, I don't want to imagine the service.

Overall the attention is good but, for the prices that the hotel manages, it can improve especially in aspects of food, on Tuesday, April 2 I wanted to have lunch on the hotel terrace and Ordered a rice with shrimp which were dirty, had not been devevened, which generated a very bad taste. I had to return my plate and leave without lunch because for a while I couldn't place another order. In addition, it must be improved in customer service especially in the unintening attitude of some people in the restaurant who lack kindness and attitude of service.

It is a modern hotel, with comfortable facilities, perfect beds, the restaurant is located on the top floor and has a beautiful view. The rates are a little high considering that the parking lot and the pool is in another hotel of the mass chain (Gimaura).

The rooms are elegant and comfortable, I recommend the rooms with sea view, they are the biggest (most expensive), but they are worth it.

The hotel is good but has things to improve as the cleanliness of the rooms is deficient especially in the bathroom and the balcony, the restaurant on the terrace is very delayed up to 1 hour for a cream, at night if the service is agile. Another thing that should improve is the attitude of the staff working there are few friendly and crude.
And you should take 6-story rooms up, as there is a bar on the beach with a lot of rumba all night.

The best hotel in the city of Riohacha, on the terrace can appreciate the best view of the avenue La Marina, the Canyon Park and panoramic views of the city, north, east and west, has live music and exquisite dishes highly recommended. The breeze that beats on the terrace is very nice.

I have had the opportunity to be on the Taroa terrace, which is like the most innovative and attractive thing this hotel has.
It offers a view of the beach Super Lindas, it is style restaurant bar, it is a good place to converse and to have a cool time.
The way in which the site is decorated and professionalism of the people who serve you, gives an air of modernism and elegance.

The location is good. Rooms are decent. Views are good but the food in the restaurant isn't all that good. It is one of the better hotels in Riohatcha if not the best.

Although the prices of the rooms are not very cheap, it has a very good view from the terrace and the rooms are very comfortable.

Best and most modern hotel of Riohacha.

The attention on Friday 7 July at the restaurant was very bad, we lasted an hour and never came the food we had included in the plan. Breakfast on 8 July at 5:40 am was not ready according to what we had agreed the night before. One night we had to change rooms at 3:30 am due to a noise from the condensing machines of the air conditioner. The noise was so loud we couldn't sleep. Finally we suggested improving attention, we repeatedly complained and said attention asking what we could do, and the response of many people in the hotel was "I don't know", when what we expected was proactivity, better service and some compensation for what happened.

It is a very nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful, decorated with artesanias wayuu, bed and bathroom very comfortable. The restaurant on the top floor has a spectacular view of the sea, they serve food very well presented and delicious; every evening there was live music very pleasant. The attention is excellent. To the front there is beach, a malecom and pier to stroll and sale of artesanias wayuu. The parking lot and the swimming pool are several blocks and there is plenty of hustle and bustle in the street at night, but personally none of those three aspects that are seemingly negative it bothers me. Would recommend the hotel and want to come back.

Good hotel, with very good sea view, middle price, attention depends on the moment but in general good service.

A hotel very normal to be 5 stars, it is a building, the employees receive nothing courteous… rooms with a view of the sea good.
