Reviews regarding the cuisine are mixed. Some guests were delighted with the fresh and delicious dishes. Others, however, reported low quality at high prices, noting that raw salmon, overcooked meat, "dry" pasta, and even raw meat in main courses were served. Issues with the menu were also highlighted, including a lack of ingredients for a full selection of dishes, order mix-ups (nuggets were brought instead of chicken waffles), and excessive prices for basic items such as burgers. Additionally, a "cake corkage fee" of 40,000 pesos is charged if guests wish to bring their own cake.

The Wi-Fi functions poorly. Guests report that the network frequently drops and connecting becomes difficult due to the high volume of simultaneous users, especially when there are many day-tour visitors at the hotel.

Soundproofing in the glamping units leaves much to be desired. Guests complain that instead of the sounds of nature, they hear noise, shouting, and conversations from the restaurant area and courtyard. Loud music from the restaurant starting around 8:00 AM is also a concern, as it interferes with rest and relaxation.

Guests rate the beds in the glamping units as very comfortable. However, impressions of the accommodations (tents) themselves vary: some describe them as "top-tier" and cozy, while others consider them ordinary tents that do not justify their price. It is also noted that some rooms can get very cold at night.

Guests note that cleanliness is well-maintained in the glamping units, stating that the tents are clean and free of insects. It is also mentioned that bathrooms are cleaned daily.

The consistency of amenities varies. Some guests praise the heating and the very hot water in the shower. At the same time, others reported a complete lack of water in the rooms throughout their entire stay—forcing them to use the public restrooms in the restaurant—as well as instances of no hot water in the shower.

The hotel offers a variety of activities: forest trail walks with a map and compass, night walks, art workshops using natural materials, and wood-fired pizza-making masterclasses. However, guests caution that some services are overpriced for what they offer, and the pizza masterclass can be disorganized, with dough pre-made and an insufficient amount of ingredients for all participants.

The hotel is well-suited for family getaways; children of various ages (from 4 to 5 years old) thoroughly enjoy themselves. The property is also very dog-friendly, with guests noting that their pets greatly enjoyed their time on the grounds.

Reaching the hotel can be challenging. Guests mention that access is via an unpaved road (vía destapada) in poor condition that goes uphill, making the arrival process tiring.
