The Monasterio hotel is a quiet space, with a spectacular view and incredible attention. Everyone works to make one as a guest comfortable. Thank you so much to Tatiana, we had an amazing time. We'll be back fixed in 2019 thanks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But most of all Don Guillermo's. The food was very good.

Manager fatal, rude that we quickly left at check out, cleanliness, deterioration, bathrooms, rust, breakfast, nothing to see I would not recommend.

The view of the hotel is unique… It is a magical place however the facilities and service do not have all the right conditions like:
1. The rooms do not have a hairdryer and in my case I performed my wedding on site they did not let two dryers light at the same time with the excuse that they skipped the tacos… Please note that the minimum conditions of a hotel must guarantee this type of policy.
2. The staffofing of the mini bar of the rooms… no snacks.
… 3. Could not make a decoration with lighting in the lobby because the reason is that the shots were damaged… Special decoration requested by the bride… lousy point.
4. During the reception the waiters placed by the hotel instead of being aware of the guests were taking pictures with the accessories of the crazy hour… nobody at the hotel overseeing.
5. The pool in terrible conditions of toilet… The next day we made use and the walls and stairs full of mushrooms.
6. Social baths in terrible conditions… During the reception they were flooded 3 times and only two were up and running.
7. Delivery of orders by the restaurant very delayed.

I am a person who loves good food and pitifully in this aspect have a lot to improve. The food, although good-tasting, is really a disgrace, I ordered a snook which two bites is over. If you are hungry you should order two strong dishes if you want to be satisfied. (clear not full, Satisfied)
The place is very quiet, nice. Adaptations are lacking. The pool does not have stairs to leave it. The bbq is in terrible condition.
… The rooms are comfortable, but they lack amenities, there is no minibar (there is a fridge with 8 drinks) we need all the snacks, they do not have a hairdryer in the bathroom, in order to want to increase their level of service and comfort it is necessary to make an investment Important.
As for the service is spectacular, everyone is very attentive, but since everything in the hotel has something to improve, there are only 2 people who serve you, to be able to locate them is actually a journey, and even more wait ingall that your order arrives (sometimes incomplete) something q not should It happened because there are actually only 8 rooms in the hotel.
I hope to return and find a Monastery Resort, much more according to the price and expectation q generate.
