➜ I made a reservation online. I arrive at the hotel and THEY DON'T EVEN OPEN ME. They leave me outside and by the summons they tell me that they are not going to open me because I have no reservations in my name. I tell them that I have screenshot of the reservation and they don't even open to see the reservation.
Lousy service. I planned a trip confident in my reservation, they look bad, and they don't even have the decency to open the door at noon. It is totally disrespectful.
I attach photos of the reservation on the website and the confirmation email of the reservation. That is the last straw.
➜ The magic of a place has no limit, it's amazing how they took care of every detail of the site, the attention and hospitality of their people make it a wonderful place. A few minutes from Bogota and in very good location. Many congratulations, gentlemen.
