Good citio to rest and breathe some fresh air.

The place in the middle of the mountain very cute, but nothing else, the food very bad, the only thing that is rescued is the breakfast but with a score of 3, lunch and food a lot of text and little reality. Tasteless, the chef leaves a lot to be desired.
As for the spa massages, very but very basic. Don't feel like repeating I won't be back.

The place is very good. The facilities and service are excellent… the detail of the pool in the rooms makes it even more cosy… if you have no problem with the healthy food, the hotel's kitchen will please you… if you like to go for a walk to eat everything and whatever, you must bring things to nibble and sin…

Excelente place to get some rest and spend some quality time with your couple. Massages are very good and attention to the public is nice, the place is clean and the weather is also a plus!

Someone could tell me how to get from Bogota if one does not have a car.

Real rest. It is suggested to leave communication equipment in the car and not bring them out never while you enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature, the wonderful attention and delicious food.

The food is delicious and the place is excellent, from the service I can say that in some cases it is good but in others it gives the feeling that they don't like what they do.

Decepcionante. Por el precio que cobran esperaba algo mucho mejor. La ubicación y la atención son inmejorables pero para lo que se paga esperaba que todo estuviera impecable y no fue así. Falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones y comida mediocre arruinaron lo que debió haber sido una experiencia realmente fascinante. Para destacar la piscina privada, espectacular! Eso sí, hay que ir mentalizados en que la comida tiene un menú restringido a 3 opciones únicamente, y no se confíen de los supuestos "snacks": seguirán con hambre y tendrán que asaltar el minibar como tuve que hacerlo yo. He estado en varios hoteles/spa de categoría similar y aunque sí es un muy buen sitio para descansar, relajarse y desconectarse (súper recomendado el baño turco), definitivamente no justifica el precio.

I thought that was for the best, but it is not! The facilities are very nice but the service is poor. The food, average. The room comfortable but the pool dirty. Conclusion: very high price for what they offer.
