Super pieces of the style of hotel the triad with additional pool TV in the bedroom, tennis court, and corridor between hotel and covered restaurant, and light lighting the pieces especially those that give towards those courts, making it impossible to sleep in those pieces, reds all day courtesy of the house, only that it has bad amount of water that alters neurobiology and begins to see one visions, in addition to an ugly taste of water (I suspect they have contaminated water and causes affectation to neurobiochemistry generating poisoning)

The room is comfortable, the pool is great but the one next door, the children's, it needs maintenance. The service is very good and the price is comfortable, it lends itself to a family atmosphere, although it is very close to the road, you will hear all the trucks go by.

Good hotel that without being luxurious, results from excellent food, very neat and staff quite willing. Recommended.

The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, everything is very clean and well maintained. Three but: the mattresses are very hard, the service in the restaurant is not very good (the dishes do not come out all at the time) and accessibility for people with disabilities or seniors to the restaurant and pool is very complicated.

Two aspects to emphasize: the friendliness of the staff, always willing to collaborate and the breakfasts that although they were not included are at reasonable prices and very well prepared. Regarding the hotel, it urges a remodel,, in the photos it looks better than it actually is.
The rooms are very basic, non-existent decor, no air conditioning, no fridge (unforgivable in a warm city where you need to keep refrigerated drinks and food) and what I definitely less liked were the beds, the mattresses are not Hotel type but rather normal mattresses and not so comfortable. They're not orthopedic. Ideal for backpackers but not for a country hotel. In my opinion it is not a country hotel but a hostel with pool.
It is a hotel focused on families who do not pay much attention to comfort but need a place to spend the night, in my opinion could be better. Unfortunately it is the norm in San Gil this type of accommodation.

Good three star hotel, bed mattress are quite hard but the service is aceptable. Breakfast well priced, tasty and plenty. Never take the hotel restaurant delivery recommendation which are terrible but hotel was good enough for a night.
