The breakfast was probably the best thing about this place, and also the shower when you got it working after trying for a while to get the hot working.

Great room. Was upgraded which was appreciated.
When you arrive at 11 pm and there are no staff to checkin, when the staff arrive 15 or 20 minutes later, the least they can do is apologise.

Clean room, comfortable bed, staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is good and included. Safe place.
Only downside is that there is no hot water for the shower.

The rooms were huge, the air conditioner was good, smart tv, price was 140k which is about 40 USD, per 2 person and it's pet friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was clean, comfortable and efficient. Loved the views at sunset. It was nice to hang a “do not disturb” tag to hang out as I can tidy the room myself.

The location is perfect and the rooms are really nice. You definitely get what you pay for here. It’s probably one of the nicest places in Bucaramanga, and the service is great.

Clean well appointed rooms air con shower, balcony downside air con fan blows onto that space making it extremely hot good for drying. Staff friendly.

A very friendly welcome and introduction to the hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It is a good solid 3 star. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

Stayed one night — late booking due to flight cancellation. Very large room with a separate bedroom and kitchette — more like a mini suite. Lot of space for the price. Decor was a bit tired.

The hostel is inside a nice big house and resides in a relatively quiet/safe neighborhood. About 10-15 minutes walk from Megamall and parque del agua.
