Great place to stay and the food is awesome.

It is the ultimate in the City of Pereira. Their facilities, the attention of the staff working there and especially the food at the events, and his extraordinary revolving restaurant since it has a beautiful panoramic view of the Pearl of the Otun in the nights… does not have comparison.

Second stay… quality of rest and beautiful place… comfort and great atmosphere… perfect weather!

The last year we went to sonesta so we could have our New Year's Eve in family. The hotel was really comfy and the rooms where the adequate size so four could have a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, the food was good, the only problem we had was our air conditioning which didn't cool well enough in which the people of the room service helped us and gave us a fan so we had a fresher stay. should repeat.

The hotel is nice. Very well located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. But the service is perverse. The food of the hotel not the restaurant because I didn't meet him. Very basic and costly. They offer international dishes and it looks like home food.

For the second time I had the opportunity to stay a weekend at the Hotel, this time with my family. So at the first opportunity, as in this last the service I thought was excellent, excellent care of the staff, friendly hotel, with a friendly greeting at all times. The reception staff is diligent and friendly. The restaurants offer a varied menu to suit all tastes. The facilities of the hotel are spacious, comfortable, pleasant, and despite its occupation of 75% of the times that we state, there was no evidence of crowds or riots in any of the environments. A place to rest, relax, come back, and recommend. Excellent.

I never Wrote a Review about a Hotel but this specific Hotel deserve not only a Great review but as well to be known for tourist, I reside in Florida U. S and I stayed on this Hotel for a week with my wife with absolutely the best Customer Service I have ever experienced this counting 5 Star Hotels from U. S which were not nearly close to the Great enthusiasm and attention the personnel on this Sonesta Hotel Has. The food is great the Space and comfort is a get a way to a more Relax and enjoyable staying, I thank everyone for treating us the best possible and for their accommodation that were pretty neat clean and well maintain.

The hotel is really nice. The service is very good. I went with my family and my kids love it. The rooms are very large and comfortable for families. The pool area is very spacious and has a kids splash area. There is always a sun chair or table free so you don’t have to worry about that. The food is a little bit expensive but it is normal for a hotel. The sonesta has also a nice restaurant on the top floor.

Very good I recommend is secluded from all good pool is a luxury to be there but the money that is spent is worth.

A bit noisy as the rooms are rather poorly insulated. I heard a child screamed in the next room and people went and came in the hallways.

Place definitely tops some of the most beautiful hotels I've been to! Food at the Lobby restaurant had pretty good variety of options for everyone. Drinks were delicious and the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Check out is at 1pm so it gives you plenty of time to rest, the only thing is that you will miss the free breakfast if your a heavy sleeper. Breakfast Buffet is only till 10am.

Nice clean modern hotel, but no internet for 2 days because of a storm. Can't blame the hotel for the storm but in a region that knows about storm a better backup plan should be in place!

The hotel itself is quite a nice design. However, I would have died from dehydration at this hotel if I did not bring enough money with me to buy water. The staff recommend you do not drink the tap water, which would be fine if they provided you with bottled water. We were provided with 1 bottle of water per person on the first night. Surprised that this had not been refilled the next day, we rang room service to ask for more. We were informed that this is the amount of water they provide free, afterwards you have to pay for all your water. When you are paying this much for a hotel room, we expect either water that they recommend you can drink or complimentary bottled water. They have failed to provide both of these, even though we are in the suites! When we complained about this ridiculous situation, they argued with us and refused to help. Even though we spoke to them in Spanish, the lady was unacceptably unhelpful. This level of service is disgraceful for an international hotel. Their attitude is obstinate; they aren’t trying to help you resolve the issue. The customer is certainly not right here. On top of this, there is no shower gel in the rooms, no money exchange service, the toiletries in the bathroom were not replaced and you get one coffee sachet per room per stay (after which you have to pay! ).

New and clean, swimming pool seems nice, however the period I stayed it is under maintainance. Breakfast is good, staff are nice. Grilled beef tenderloin is delicious! Recommended.

I can only speak of the restaurant because I have not used their facilities. Tickets are on point, the service is excellent, their celecion of wines is very limited, and even could add more variety. The sangria is not even know to prepare it and its flavor is very strong. I like their sauces and the bread. If you want to share a pleasant moment with your family, I recommend that you bring your own wine or look for another restaurant.

It is a spectacular hotel. Beautiful I stayed there with my husband and it was wonderful. Super good service and the rooms are beautiful too much comfort and the restaurant not to mention. It's the best.

The property is pretty new and the still incomplete (still looks like construction on the top floor when I was wandering around). The rooms are brand new and nice. There are engaging activities and things to do. The staff seems to be always friendly as they said hello every time I saw a staff member, however I couldn't really engage with them as I didn't speak any spanish. That leads me to the major issue for me as there were only a few people on staff that spoke any english so things I did alone was hard (even with Google translate). The staff was extremely patient with me though which I do appreciate. Bring a spanish speaking person (or group) and you should be fine though! I had a few other small issues such as the transportation from the airport never showed up, a few of the gym equipment was already broken, and there's no ATM on site. Overall a great experience and would happily stay there again.

Together with my husband we stayed one night at the hotel Sonesta Pereira and the truth is surprised by the cost of the night TOTAL: COP $ 520000 and additional pay Residents colombians: COP $ 83200 by the concept of VAT payable in the hotel in total, only for one night $ 603.200 and it was not high season November 14, 2014. I did not like.

Along with my husband alfredo v. Gartner spent the end of the year at the hotel. It was a beautiful experience, in a fabulous environment. the new year's Eve party was very elegant and unique Venetian atmosphere. Thank you for this, the differences in the hotel and its nice. for staff, many thanks.
