We had an awesome three night stay. The rooms have a good size, beds are firm but comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good but could be better as far as choices. Pool was nice because it is heated. It was my partner’s birthday 🎂 and when I let them know they provided a small cake and two balloons 🎈 for free. ❤️

The rooms for events very pleasant comfortable I have been several times and I found it pleasant for events recommended.

The Hotel Movich, formerly known as Hotel Melía Pereira is one of the best in the city. It is located in one of the busiest areas of Pereira such as the area of Invico, which is a must for those who visit Pereira, since there is a pink area made up of a select group of Discos, Taverns, Restaurants, Shopping Centers and variety of Local. Hotel Movich is one of the best in the city and has very spacious rooms for meetings and events. The charisma of its employees makes the stay there is remembered and recommended to other visitors. Hotel Movich Pereira was a beautiful hotel. The people who work there are incredibly friendly. The facilities are awesome. Heated pool, good sized rooms and Juan Valdez Cafe onsite. It’s like their version of a Starbucks only the coffee is 1000x better. Included is a daily breakfast buffet. Location is great too. Close to all restaurants and bars too. I recommend this hotel for any visitors to Pereira.

Loved everything except air conditioning wouldn't cool room lower than 24.5 Celsius (76 degrees). Customer service great, good food, comfortable bed (for Colombia), location can't be beat. Would recommend.

The good impression that this hotel gives you in the lobby falls when you walk into their rooms. This Movich hotel is nothing like the Movich of Barranquilla or Bogotá. The rooms look very aged, old TV, old furniture, not enough power outlets, the toilet looks like public bath, the shower is curtains, the air extractor does not work. One would think that with rooms this would be more economical, but no. At least all the bad things are compensated with a good view of the city, good staff attention and a good breakfast buffet.

This is known at the regional level as the best hotel in Pereira. Therefore, its architectural structure is marvelous. I was at a political event that they did in one of their meeting rooms, they have good chairs and the space is quite spacious. In addition, close by is the center of the city, which makes it close to several parks and commerce in general. There is an excellent view inside the hotel. By the way, it also has entrance for wheelchair-accessible people.

Everything was great until people moved into the room next to mine. They were signing and blasting music. Hotel said they wouldn't tell them to be quiet. Paper thin walls. Do not expect to sleep here. I unfortunately can't recommend them now.
