The receptionist and cleaning staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, it is close to the airport.

I called the hotel to make a reservation and the reservation was confirmed by the worker. When I arrived at the hotel, to my dismay, no reservation was made. Luckily there was a room available.

Very nice and the food is very delicious, plus its location is very good.

This hotel has good service, is comfortable and large.
It is very close to the pink zone and the restaurant, although the hotel also has a restaurant and a very nice view.

Just left the place. Great positive atmosphere all around. The people, the location. Great food 🥘 at their own restaurant. Great coordination for activities offered around the hotel. Recommended!

Best place in town! 12 days here with Tello. There are surf boards, Kajak, hammocks, Viché y buena gente.

Our stay at Tello's home was wonderful. His cabana is very well located in the center of Termales on the beach with a very nice terrasse to enjoy the view and the sunset.
