The only great thing about this place is the view. The rooms have no privacy, no air conditioner, the lack of customer service was really impressive. Once you check in they forget about you, the receptionist Cristina was absent all the time, same as the other staff always late or absent. Paid for laundry service and totally regretted it. I would not recommend this place unless you want to save money or would not spend to much time in. There are better options such Calypso hotel. I couldn't even rest a night and the food was not good enough. Check for other options before choosing this place. Is not worth it.

Loved everything about my stay here. Cristina was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfortable. Good but cold shower but that's fine. The view from the hotel is incredible! I didn't want to leave and spent the say enjoying the sound of the ocean from the hammock and my room. Very central but not loud.

Great location with a friendly and attentive staff! I actually lost a pair of headphones and they were able to locate them and are in the process of helping to get them back to me.
The issue with electricity isn’t at any fault of the hotel as others in the area have to turn their power off as well. Do not let other reviews sway you because if this.
