I loved my stay. Forst of all it is really near the pier, which is very strategic. They have absolutely beautiful common area with garden and hammocks. A positive moment — Wi-Fi works even when the electricity is off in town, not all the hotels in Capurganá have this luxury. Great breakfast, and helpful staff.

Although this hostel is esthetically beautiful, with a location right by the water, with a beautiful view and clean, comfortable beds, I couldn't enjoy it because there are far too many absurd and inflexible rules set in place by the owner. This was the hostel chosen for our last day of the san blas adventures trip from Panama to capurgana. We were all very exhausted from the 5 day trip on the islands that all we wanted to do was sleep in and enjoy our last day. Nevertheless check-in was fixed at 9am (! ), and if you overstay, you will need to pay 50, 000 cop as a fine for every overstayed hour! Secondly, after the trip, we had a lot of wet clothes, especially our towels needed to be dried. Nevertheless we were again NOT allowed to hang anything from the banister of the balcony. When we asked why, the lady rudely responded that this was their policy and that is it. She said it ruins the esthetics of the hostel (please be reminded that the hostel overlooks the water-, and there are only boats + the sea that would judge the "looks" of the hostel. Then she said that it was also to not damage the wood of the balcony, yet ironically enough, it started raining that same evening and instead of her precious wooden balcony, it was OUR electronic equipment that was almost going to be damaged because we had no choice but to leave the windows open of our room so that we can hang some things to dry.

Passed a few hostels around and this was without doubt the nicest place. Very very clean, great location, peaceful.
There was a problem when of electricity but it was a general village one.
