The Hampton Inn Valledupar is truly a standout hotel experience in the heart of Cesar. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the attention to detail—everything is immaculate, clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms have everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient. Being attached to the Los Mayales Centro Comercial means easy access to shopping, dining, and anything else you might need. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the city and the surrounding mountains from east to west—sunrise to sunset is a sight you won’t forget.
The staff take the experience to the next level with their professionalism, courtesy, and warm hospitality. They make you feel welcome and cared for throughout your stay. The included breakfast is a true highlight—easily a 10 out of 10. It offers an impressive selection of local and regional dishes, giving guests a real taste of Valledupar’s culinary charm. Excellent hotel but kind of difficult to find. Located inside a beautiful shopping center.

Spent 2 hours in line to checking and there were not so many people. We came with kids and the family. The receptionist idianis Miramon was very unprofessional and had an attitude. We wanted a manager for filing a complain and she laughed like she did not care. Not sure why she would be working in a position that requires good customer service when she seems to have worked at a flea market. On the other hand the hotel and Jorge was very nice.
