➜ If you have any urgency or need to leave and enter the hotel several times this place is not recommended.
There is no rule or recommendation at the front desk that explains to the user that they do not have the right to leave and enter multiple times.
In addition, the receptionist's attitude is hostile and rude.
You are supposed to be paying for a full service with a receptionist who is available to your customers 24/7. Very disappointed in this service! It's not a hotel, it's an expensive inn.

At first glance it looked a good place but the service is not the best, you can't enter or leave to the time you want, it is as if you asked inn or you were in a convent. The manager was rude because we were in and out in the night arguing about rules q were not clear in any side of the hotel, we were not advised of the "rules of time" and behaved in an inappropriate way. There are also a lot of echo, and must improve the facilities and better train the personnel regarding the service.
