Well situated close to the park and other facilities, clean, quiet, the restaurant was in tenovation while I was there.

It is very nice and is adapted for all needs, it does not have a family environment for which it is better for entrepreneurs. Another disadvantage to consider is the distribution of floors that makes the use of the elevator confusing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel more than all the view from the floor 41 in hours of the night you can appreciate the branch.

Did not have a good experience. Dirty windows so the view was terrible, the staff fair not good, also the food was fair not good. And their policies for guests and the nightclub all make for a happily forgotten experience.

Good hotel, has a nice service and a wonderful view from your viewpoint. Although it needs some remodeling, the rooms are comfortable and the beds very comfortable.

Muy amplio, limpio, buen desayuno hay unas habitaciones remodeladas y otras que aun no por lo que no sabria describir que tan buenas son las mas viejas. El staff es muy amigable y cortes. Lo univo que no me gusto y pongo la habitacion por si alguien que trabaje alla lo ve, es que quise meterme a la tina (bien amplio el baño y bonito) y esta al reves! Es decir que donde uno deberia poner la espalda esta la llave del agua y al otro lado el sifon… Asi que uno queda o con la llave en la espalda o con el sifon en la… Por ende eso si me desagrado completamente. De Resto bien.

Tenía una reserva, llame a confirmar la fecha me dicen que fue echa para el día anterior, Helber de front desk me dice que la reserva no es con intermediarios Sercotel hotels que me comuniqué con ellos. Me dispongo a llamarlos me doy cuenta que su servicio al cliente es de Lunes a Jueves (servicio al cliente de la hoteles debe ser 24/7 como su servicio lo provee) vuelvo a llamar y el señor Helber me dice que no hay nada que hacer y me lee los términos y condiciones. Pido hablar con su Supervisor, el vuelve a la línea y me dice que me lo va a decir de la mejor manera posible. Le pido hablar por segunda vez con su supervisor y me dice que espere un momento. Cuelga teléfono. Sorprendida de el servicio al cliente pésimo, cuando entra uno a la pague a de hotel torre de Cali cuando uno se dispone hacer su reserva desde su plaguina es con intermediarios entonces uno creo que es la forma más confiable. Triste que el servicio al cliente de un hotel como la Torre de Cali sea como el en un Motel.

Really a great hotel, great room, restaurant, with a menu of cool and tasty meals. But what I emphasise, is the treatment given to guests, outstanding! and with capital letters, I felt like my own home, and do honor to the phrase what's in your gateway. "Our warmth stays in you" truth, is certainly my hotel in Cali. It was an extraordinary stay, and I can say it more high, but more clear not. And I am a Spanish, who came alone, but which never was found alone, received treatment, and by the professionals who work in the hotel. Thank you for everything.
