Excellent service from all the staff. It is quiet, comfortable and offers a very good view of Villa de Leyva. To highlight: the food and the friendliness to the limit of those who work there.

The hotel is good, the swimming pool is great, the disadvantage is cold water. At that time was directed at the swimming pool, the result did not swim, the night is too cold. It took 60, 000 pesos to get a surf tub. Breakfast is good, variety is rich. It's a great view on the way to echo.

The facilities are beautiful, the service very bad, there is never anyone at reception, they call spa to the humid area, using any Jacuzzi has an additional cost and the pool is freezing.

Terrible experience! I was hoping for a relaxed vacations and it was the complete opposite! It started on the 30th of December with my new jacket missing from the dinner table in the matter of 30 minutes. I notified the "manager" and all she can say is that their video camera was not located in the right spot and there's nothing they can do! My question is if I'm paying 200 dollars for 3 nights (not cheap in Colombia), why can't you have the camera or security personnel to make sure we are in a safe zone. I was the last one eating dinner at the table and I can guarantee you one of their employees will be wearing that jacket next week. UNDERSTAFFED= having the same 6 people work non stop is not a way to manage your hotel! Breakfast was on delay for 1 hour and 20 minutes and I personally had to go into the kitchen to cook my food. Complete disaster! As I wasn't the only unhappy client in this hotel I will guarantee you that you will not get the best for your buck in this terrible hotel. Ohh by the way our bathroom window was left opened and once we entered the room every creature that you can possibly name was in our room. Being that I'm a father and have a 6-month baby I was completely uncomfortable from the beginning. The answer was always NO! I tried to get lunch reserved and the waiter's answer was that they couldn't even get breakfast out because they were so busy and that he couldn't serve us lunch! What type of answer is that? Trust me don't do it!
