The customer experience was 10/10 from the day that I checked in. I stayed for 3 nights over my birthday and they decorated my room and gave me a cake with the help of my fiancée.

Amazing Stay at Ermita Hotel in Cartagena!
My mom and I had the pleasure of celebrating the New Year at the Ermita Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable stays we've ever had.

I had the time of my life, the rooms were big and clean, the people were soooo friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be staying there again.

Had a wonderful stay… service was excellent staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast each morning outside enjoying the atmosphere.

Check-in was slow but ultimately straightforward. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby.

We went back to Charme 64 and our experience was just as great as the last time. Luz is the best! She is very thoughtful and detail oriented, she makes us feel at home.

The hidden gem in Cartagena! Walking distance to the airport, very affordable, super clean, big size rooms, fantastic customer service and awesome food.

Cartagena Beach Resort is a great place to stay in Cartagena, Colombia. It was close to all of the major tourist attractions. The facilities were excellent!

Nothing to complain about great location and semi safe area can tell it gets crazy around there at night.

This place is a gem. It’s small (8 rooms) and the staff is exceptional. The rooms are a good size, there is lots of hot water, and the air conditioning is strong.

The staff was very kind and here to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to leave it. You also get delicious fruits, cereals and coffee.

Outstanding! Friendly, super tidy and surprisingly quiet in the best location. The full breakfasts are lovely. The views from the beautifully appointed rooftop are truly breathtaking. 10/10!

The property is very clean. Sadly, many things in the room kept breaking. First the remote to the AC unit, then the A/C unit broke which required us to move to another room.

A perfect location for our stays pre and post cruise along the Magdalena River, close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

The other reviews you may have read are correct. This is in a great location, quiet enough where you won’t hear much at night, at least for us who are on a higher floor toward the back of the hotel.

## Sophia Hotel Cartagena Review: Peaceful Comfort in the Heart of the Walled City.

I had a brilliant stay at the Sophia Hotel. Even though there was construction/renovations taking place, the staff tried their best to make everything comfortable.

One of the best places to stay inside the walls. The rooms are spacious, the rooftop pool and bar are great to relax.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We hosted our wedding here and the moment we walked in, it smelled amazing and everything was spotless.

We had a more then wonderfull lunch and sein in this hidden paradise. The food was excellent, the staff is very good and helpfull and the owner Olga so friendly. The garden and beach are beautifull!

The hotel is very well located. It has a restaurant practically on the corner called El Muelle, where you can go to watch the sunset.

Great small boutique hotel (only 7 rooms) on a quiet block in Cartagena. Feels more like a renting a private home. Fresh cooked to order breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly.
