We spent there 2 days and loved the tiny island which is basically the cottage, 2 footbridges, a volleyball place and a small gym. You can rent a kajak, go snorkeling, fishing or just chill out. You just have to keep in mind that there is no fluent water so therefor you have water from buckets. If you dont have any problem with this its a outstanding place.

Difficult to review this place because the price is so much lower than other places that it makes this one an instant winner. The beach is amazing and for under 40 euros you can get a private double room with fan and air conditioning. Incomparable to the prices of other places in Tintipan. There is no running water on the island — it’s buckets of water to shower. I would recommend bringing your own bottles of water from Cartagena to save money and some snacks. The beach area of the hotel is amazing with nice cold beers and crystal clear water. I found the hotel area to be very dirty (eg dinner tables and floors and bathrooms) but you are mostly at the beach so this is manageable. I would also suggest bringing your own towels (to shower, as well as beach ones) as they had none when we were there.

Hello council, few key points on this place.
1. Staff creepy and unhelpful — spent 3 days chasing for bottles of water and water buckets for shower.
2. Ocean is beautiful but frankly the untapped potential of the beach area is a shame.
3. Got to see the plankton which was amazing! Shame they didn't mention the other beaches.
If you stay its fine and nice but you could probably do better. At least come fully prepped with a bunch of games, snacks, books and the good stuff and then its probably a ballll.
