Service was unbelievable. Darwin — a waiter at the pool was absolutely amazing and accommodating.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and felt very safe at all times.

Calling itself a 5-star hotel. The service is excellent, however the facilities, e. G. Roof top bar are no longer open.

We booked one night here and 2 nights in Almirante. Almirante was double the price and yet Blue Concept hotel was much better.

Room was great and large, much larger than a room we had here a few years ago. Clean and good shower. Breakfast could be chosen via a menu, was nice. Location pretty good near the restaurants.

This hotel is in the heart of Bocagrande. You have a lot of food and bar options. Everything within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is great.

There was no complementary water or even coffee on most of the hotels that I've been they have complimentary water coffee tea and condiments like creamer sugar.

I stayed at Zi One Luxury in September and had a great experience. Everything was excellent—from the comfort of the rooms to the quality of the service.
