The Hyatt Regency Cartagena is an excellent hotel that truly offers the best of both worlds—where the charm of the "Old City" meets the modern luxury of the new.

Service was unbelievable. Darwin — a waiter at the pool was absolutely amazing and accommodating.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and felt very safe at all times.

H2 was nice. It is located across the street from the beach. It is attached to a mall and grocery store. Pool area and views are phenomenal. Security was top tier.

Perfect location. Attached to a supermarket and shopping mall. Plenty of security and as a solo traveler I felt so safe. The rooms are updated with a nice spacious balcony! Incredible views!

We booked one night here and 2 nights in Almirante. Almirante was double the price and yet Blue Concept hotel was much better.

Room was great and large, much larger than a room we had here a few years ago. Clean and good shower. Breakfast could be chosen via a menu, was nice. Location pretty good near the restaurants.

This hotel is in the heart of Bocagrande. You have a lot of food and bar options. Everything within walking distance. The hotel breakfast is great.

There was no complementary water or even coffee on most of the hotels that I've been they have complimentary water coffee tea and condiments like creamer sugar.

Cute comfy clean boutique hotel in the center of boca grande near local beach, restaurants and shops. Only 10min in Uber to Getsemani which is amazing. About 20min from the airport.
