"READ THIS TEXT"
The hotel is very beautiful, good rooms, very good cleanliness, great location. However, as a tour guide and travel agent I affirm that next time I return to São Roque I do not stay in this hotel. Reason: poor guest/ staff communication.
1-when arriving day 07/01 with my group, we were informed that our package would entitle the buffet that is served at night during the period of our stadium.
2 — on 08/01 four people in my group were charged the amount of the buffet. When questioning, I was informed that our group would only be entitled to the buffet of the day 07/01 information different from the previous one and not passed in the form of a contract as was later shown. The person in charge of reservations was able to want to charge R 4 44, 90 for a person of my group by Believe 2 pieces of watermelon.
3-the hotel did not make any effort to circumvent a simple communication situation and kept charging 3 of the 4 people in my group.
4-when we arrived at the hotel on 07/01 we were informed that there would be no cleaning of the rooms during our stay due to pandemic (information not passed previously)
5-mostly employees, unprepared to receive groups, moody and unsolicited, nor to help disembark the luggage of the car. I suggest to the hotel pass the employees for a retraining of how to work with tourism or will always receive criticism regarding this issue as we see here in the comments.
