➜ Excellent atmosphere, good music and a very nice view of the city.
➜ A special place, a privileged place, good views and that you can take food and drink with great variety, I did not like the type of music very cold and too much volume.

We booked a 2 night stay in a 2 bed suite and have been treated badly from the minute we checked in. The staff were only bothered by the private party. We had to check in ourself, we were told a room number but not even what floor it was on and had to ask. No one bothered to show us to the room. No one explained that if you want your room clean you have to put out a green rope so we came back to a dirty room. Reception was dirty with fingerprints all over the glass. You advertise that we get access to the beach club and a cocktail. In fact you even state that we get treated like a VIP if we stay more then 1 night. When we tried to book we were told that you had sold all the tickets. This is a total disregard for your guests. Also the music from downstairs and the roof top is not ambient music as you advertise but a full on rave can be heard in the room. We had to book a different beach club today at our own cost. We tried to get an earlier breakfast to accommodate this but again reception did not care. We received an inedible sandwich the night before. We got back to a dirty room and now cannot get ready to go out as we have had to request a clean. It is unacceptable. We await yoir response.
