A gem hidden in the old center. Nice rooms and good shower.

Very comfortable hotel, very clean and we loved it, good air for the heat it makes in Cartagena. Highly recommended, if we return we will eligiri again.

Beautiful and cozy place, colonial style, it was very quiet so perfect to ge back to and relax from the crazy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming.

The Site A marvel, the staff very friendly and helpful is a colonial house with a pool at the top in the old town of the walled city, without any complaints of this site.

Cozy, clean rooms. The location is excellent within the walls of the historic center of cartagena. The staff was really nice, though not everyone speaks English. Decent breakfast as well. The swimming pool is small, but given the great location is fine. Much better than comparable priced properties/hostels. They can also reconfigure the rooms to accommodate 3 adults, which worked great with our group.

Amazing location and staff!

Beautiful hotel, very good location in a quiet street. Too many security cameras for my liking that make you feel like Big Brother, even in the swimming pool. Rich breakfast, but not very abundant.

Reasonably priced, comfortable hotel in the heart of Cartegna. The staff are friendly and very professional and their grasp of languages is excellent. Slight over reliance on eggs for breakfast. Although this is the case for all of Colombia. The chickens need to unionise!

Lovely hotel. Great location. Great service and breakfast included. However room was very small. Tv was high near ceiling so difficult to plug in roku… to get Netflix. Otherwise. Recommend it highly.

A Gratisima experience. Excellent facilities. Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning and fan. Really, it's highly recommended. Excellent breakfast, and a amabilisimo staff.
You come to Cartagena and you look for hotel, well here you have a very good one.

The hotel is beautiful, colonial, old and very very well located. It is in the oldest district of Cartagena and very close to everything that corresponds to the historic quarter.
Good breakfast and very good service.
I recommend that if they are demanding with the rooms consult specifically which one touches them.

Great city but this Hotel is very bad. High price for the terrible hotel that it is. Go to any other place Cartagena is awesome.

Very dirty. All around. Bathroom got hairs all over the place. Super nasty place. Food disgusting. Cartagena is great but avoid this place.

Very good hotel. Location is excellent, close to the main attractions in Cartagena. Rooms are comfortable, even though the bathroom is a little small. Breakfast is OK.

Excellent location The comfort is total air conditioning, fan, small refrigerator in the room, TV with DirecTV, shower with hot water, iron and laundry service, massage and spa service, Wi-Fi and computers with printing, safety safe, swimming pool, viewpoint on the terrace breakfasts are complete and large has restaurant but I have not met, services of tours (something expensive) is in the historic center and everything is close
The best was the attention of all the staff very friendly, attentive and try to solve the problems until we met the owner of the hotel and he was also very friendly with us.

Nice rooms and great staff. Usually at least one staff member is bilingual. Opt for a top floor room if you can. Those rooms are great size and have a nice balcony with table and chairs. Location is perfect as well.
