The sunsets are spectacular, however the service is bad.
We waited more than 1 hour for our entrance and at least 2 hours for our main course. The food was cold and the bananas were already hard.
Total disappointment!

We ordered a $90, 000 COP chop. A meat of very regular quality, the chorizo of low quality, a nice zero salad and the truth for such a price, one would expect to receive a much more elaborate and rich product. It seems that the place is only expensive and only prices, at the moment of truth very, very regular.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We came to this place by recommendation pitifully. From the moment we entered the service was incredibly bad, they took the order of the soft drinks 25min after we entered and we asked the waiter to take the order of the food and he DIDN'T WANT to, he called another waiter who also ignored us. Until after 45min they asked us if they had taken the order from us. The food arrived 30min later with 3 dishes that WE DID NOT ORDER and which were returned, the waitress dared to say that she did not know if it had been her fault or our fault, two of us ate the COLD and tasteless dish since we had more than 1 hour of waiting. The next dish arrived COLD, TASTELESS, (not to say disgusting), the slug Lettuce. The last dish NEVER appeared (which could have been served from the beginning since it was practically an "entree". We lasted 1 hour, 35min waiting for a service and a meal that is really more than OVERRATED and the manager only told us that "We were right”!
We are a family traveling from largo and we wanted a really nice experience and it is TOTALLY a disappointment. We pay around $85 dollars for something that is not worth it!

SINGLE RECOMMENDATION: DON'T GO!

Watching the sunset from that place is a spectacle complemented by the background music that is heard. Very nice!

The octopus tasted like old jelly… And, the service was not the best. I heard a waitress just bought the place and she is the new owner…She needs to figure out how the previous owner did things. It used to have very good food before… Hopefully the new owner steers the ship straight again… I will not be going back.

This place is amazing, the view and the surroundings are the best in the city. The place gets packed before the sunset, so a reservation is recommended. The menú is limited, but really good.

We arrived in cartagena without our luggage so we couldn't enjoy much of our stay. But the staff here at the hotel we're so friendly to help every day and try their best to help with the luggage. The breakfast was nice and the coffee… hmmm so lovely. There is a swimming pool in the centre and the hotel is near a very nice square with lots of food, music and people.

Very nice place, with an ideal pool to cool off I arrived from the s walks around the city. It's in front of a square with a lot of night movement. Very recomendable.

Comfortable room, with wardrobe, linen, air conditioning and minibar. It wasn't very big but it was fine. In the courtyard they have a very nice pool, ideal for those hot days. It is located meters from the Plaza de la Trinidad, where the night is armed as a fair with food puestitos and make shows. Very nice and lively (which annoys the noise, ask for room on the top floor or those that are behind the pool). It is 6 or 7 blocks from the walled city. Breakfast is complete: coffee or chocolate or tea with fruit salad, breads, butter and scrambled eggs. Staff very friendly and honest. It turns out that we paid the stay to which I think it was the owner (I do not remember the name) and the next day told us that we had given $20mil more, and returned the money. That honesty is unpayable. We chose it for the opinions and the price. I recommend it!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Breakfast from 7-15 to 8-15 am, it is difficult to get up so early to catch it. As an option to stay for one night, no more. If your body is larger than the average size, these numbers are not for you. I have a height of 190 cm, due to which I felt a lot of discomfort, because the room and bathroom are very and very miniature. If you do not include air conditioning, it is very stuffy and can not sleep, and if you turn on the air conditioner, be prepared for a cold. The rooms and the front door to the hotel on the padlocks, be ready to keep them closed and hang on the chain.

Great location, next to a square which is really nice during the evening, with a lot of street food, locals, performances and salsa! Has airco and nice swimming pool!

Excellent location in the city, the rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast plentiful. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard and the door closed only with a chain, which removed a little privacy. I would recommend this hotel as the value for money is excellent and there are no better areas than Getsemani to stay in Cartagena.
