Men det var Det sammen hver dag I 10 dage. Det genere mig et sted hvor alt er så fint og meget dyrt at jeg ikke kunne have mine ting I fred.
We stayed here for our honeymoon so splurged and booked the suite, it was a stunning room with a very comfortable bed, fantastic air-conditioning, a twin shower and balcony. Stunning property. There were quite a few options for breakfast each morning, that were freshly made to order and quite tasty. The Hotel is in the heart of the walled city, a great location, albeit filled with tourists. At check in we were told that the rooftop pool wasn't working and they hoped to have it fixed soon. We went up to the roof to find that the pool had not been in service for quite some time. Upon further investigation we found a review of the hotel from over a month ago saying the pool was not working then. We felt quite deceived by the staff and disappointed considering the pool was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. Cartagena is an extremely hot city, so a pool really would have made our stay unforgettable. Extremely disappointed that we were basically lied to; the pool should be removed from the advertising until it is fixed.
