Good room, air conditioning, all clean, food was good, not buffet but they give you options, the staff very attentive and helpful, access to the beach, good pool. Very rich place.

Pesimas facilities, no water, no light. The worst travel experience of my life! Not only was there no choice of food as supposedly offered. On Friday night lock the entrance gate then basically left us locked up. The air conditioning in the room Nonda supply for the room and spend the night was a torture!

The attention of the. Staff is excellent. However the food and the rooms are not good value for money.

Excellent place with very nice staff a quiet place the bedrooms very comfortable and clean. The menu is good, the pool is clean, has play area to share, good location to the front of the beach, security is good the only hassle is to get there, we hired a boat and could get along with our suitcases, how bad we do not have access to Wheelchair users as the arrival is by boat and when you arrive at the site has no access ramp and also has no elevators.

There is no hot water in the rooms (in any) and the meals are not buffet, you just get to choose between some options. The hotel and the beach in general are good and the staff is the best they have. Particularly Dilson.

Amazing beach and I highlight the attention of a particular employee, Dilson. However, the place does not have hot water to shower in the room, there is only one bobbin and it does not even get warm. Lunch and dinner are not BUFFET, it's just a meal option, if you ask you can get to offer another choice of protein, but no more than that.

Excellent. Very Quiet Hotel. To be high season few people. The people of the hotel are super helpful, the food lacks a bit more variety but it is good. The bad Thing to do is check in at El Dorado Plaza Cartagena where the staff is unkind they leave you in a waiting room with uncomfortable chairs and to take the barge to head to the island they make you walk to the pier which is removed from the hotel around 1/2 Kilometer and with suitcases it is super uncomfortable. But already on the island people are always willing to help, comfortable rooms, it lacks some beautification maintenance to the hotel but for a disconnection plan it is perfect the place.

Simple and comfortable… very good care and a very quiet place.

Hotel with good beach, good food, drinks prices in the bar are not expensive (beer from $3, 000), very attentive staff.
