The hotel the worst in the world stick to anything bad care and the girls of the day the worst of attentions and believe themselves to have a better family.

Their excellent attention, indisputable human quality. Spotless rooms. Highly recommended.

It is very well located; there are quality restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel is very good. Breakfast doesn't vary much but otherwise it's fine. The rooms are spacious, nice and with good view.

This was an absolutely amazing place. We stayed at another 4-star hotel for a night before we arrived here and it was okay but not as great as this place. It’s more like a 5-star hotel in just about every way. We kept extending our nights here for our honeymoon in Bogota. The hotel has a free made-to-order breakfast with a great view. It also features a casino, pub, and is in a building with other great restaurants. It’s a 5 minute or less walk to an Oxxo convenience store, shopping mall, and a 24 hour Exito, which is essentially like a Walmart Supercenter with everything you could possibly need. We had a great time and the hotel staff could not have possibly been better to us. It felt like we were leaving new friends when we left. Thank you!

My first time in bogota. The hotel staff is great. Very kind and welcoming. The taxi service was awesome (gabriel y pablito). They offer many options for day trips and the price was always established ahead of time. The breakfast was delicious. I felt like it was in a good location with plenty of options to walk to different restaurants, bars and shops. I look forward to returning someday.

To be an international hotel they really need more bilingual staff. It was difficult to communicate with most of the staff. Although I will give them credit they go out of their way to be polite. I would stslay again, but will have to keep practicing my español…

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Entrance is right by the street side sidewalk, with no driveway or easy access for handicapped. Getting your luggage out of the cab and into the hotel is a nightmare.

It is an excellent hotel with one of the best Peruvian gastronomies in the city is a place which you have to visit has a buffet menu and à la carte dishes your restaurant is open to the public is simply delicious.

The room very comfortable and spacious, very nice facilities, the breakfast I expected a little more as we were told that it was Colombo-Peruvian, but I saw nothing Peruvian beyond a rice with beans.

Modern, friendly staff, well connected. Some receptionist are arrogant and unfriendly. The restaurant is a mess. They are slow and sometimes they don't even serve. They are busier in having the tables mounted than in tending to the customers. Breakfast does not have much choice except for fruit which is very well stocked. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. After about 6 stays of 6-7 days each I think I will not return to this hotel and it is due to the reception and the restaurant.

Great hotel in a great location. Although the hotel is a high traffic area, the rooms overlooking Unicentro shopping mall were totally isolated. Great service and personel. Hotels breakfast is amazing with tipical colombian dishes. Will stay again there!

Good place to stay with Unicentro in front.

The second floor is very well suited for events. The attention is very good and fast. The facilities have what is necessary for a conference meeting or event. It is a well located point north of the city. It has access by the main road of the 127. The reception is comfortable and enjoyable.

At 8 in the morning they pass by knocking the door to fix the room, I felt kicked, the bathroom, they had q come 3 times to fix it, and there is an English TV channel to stay one watching international news. On the other hand, the breakfast is the best, very good.

It is a place that I like to visit because on the second floor there is a very rich Peruvian restaurant, with a varied menu letter and one day a week they have a firm to try many of the dishes, with a very comfortable price.

I have stayed in Sonesta Bogota Hotel about 8 times since 2011 and always experience has been excellent in all aspects like location, Wi-Fi, breakfast, no noise, air condition, room completely dark for good sleeping, good size for bed, bathroom, TV, etc.

The Cook´s Peruvian Food at the Hotel restaurant with very good service and attention, and variety of dishes. On Saturday 1 February went to lunch: inputs and good drinks, but very bad entree, looked like rice soup with shrimp instead of a Chupe de Camarones and dessert, Suspiro a La Limeña, a disappointment to complete since it seemed road arequipe.

Reservation process by phone was very agile and successful.

Not even close to Sonesta Hotel in the United States… Checking : it is complicated because the process requires very uncomfortable things like : a. — They want you to sign a contract agreement (basically a lease) that is totally in Spanish, with tons of foot print in a tiny letter size b — When they asked for your passport or ID, they took photocopy without your consent! Note : I explained to the manager that I feel very uncomfortable with this situation, because they have not right to ask for that, and they lie to me saying that immigration may request copy of that. Because I was ready to request a call to Sonesta United States to the 1-800 line. The manager agreed to return the document at the check out moment. (ummm? ) At the check out day, the front desk person did not want to do it, but the manager on duty says that was the agreement and the front desk person threat the manager saying that she may inform her superior c — The reservation was clear in details. However, the room we get has 2 queen bed instead of a king. The issue was fixed at the same time Room : was decent size, comfortable, and very basic. From our experience this hotel was over priced Cleaning : room was clean and without issues. Bathroom : Cleaning in this area require improvement, and we had an incident with a dirty towel. for some reason the housekeeping instead to put a fresh clean towel, put a dirty one from other room, or from the laundry with some spots of weird cream.
