Yes, it's comfortable, your very gentle employees, the very beautiful décor,,,, blessings.

Terrible experience, for being in the lobby, and using the computer, about 22:00 hrs (at night) they let in a salesman and also a burglar, who took advantage that I was alone, and the receptionists very distracted, (they don't even pay attention to whoever opens it) he stole me my cell phone, they spoke to the police, but they did nothing to look for it, then the hotel did not want to take responsibility for what happened and for the stolen, because according to them, the lobby is public, and anyone can pass. Then we talk to the manager and she's still angry. Anyway, they didn't take responsibility and they were rude. If I'm going back to Bogota, but to that hotel, YOU're GOING to be back! I do not recommend it at all, besides that the center is very dangerous. Take your precautions and pay better for better security.

Its super cozy, free breakfast, the staff was nice. The view you get from the top level when your eating breakfast is amazing.

They saved our holiday in Bogota after some strange experiences with "hotels" in Candelaria. Beautiful design, perfect breakfast and spa, absolutely perfect organisation of excursions. Also the location is perfect as the museum de oro is around the corner. Highly recommended!

Good hotel, small room but it has the necessary, including minibar. A good option at a good price, Envuna tourist area.

Excellent service and treatment, I liked the details especially the pop-corn in the lobby and the shower to not go out and stay bathing.

The hotel is very comfortable, with very good service and location. The breakfast is complete and staff is generally very friendly and attentive. Everything excellent!

Oversold dissatisfaction. We booked in advance from Booking and when we arrived at the hotel they said there was no reservation. We were sent to the Hotel Monserrat but the attention of the manager of the Regina was very poor. He never apersonó the situation, sent us reasons with the receptionist, and was not present to solve the problem but it was all over the phone. According to the information they gave us, the problem was e-commerce and they couldn't do anything. Mistakes can happen but the handling of the situation was very uncomfortable. We did well at the Monserrat but they should notify guests when there is no room available because one has the right to cancel the reservation if it does not fit what one bought. We had purchased at the Regina because of its location and the other hotel was much farther from the historic center.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the inconformity, we were served there very well and were awaiting us throughout our stay. Thanks a lot.

Very well located, close to many points of interest. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Very noisy rooms, if you bother the noises it will cost you to rest. Very small bathroom and bathroom sink overturns the bed. Ideal for a night.

We arrived and our room that we had booked for 3 months was oversold. That night we were referred to another hotel, the Monserrate which is a lower quality branch. We had to ask if there was a room at the Regina to be able to return to the hotel we had paid. Luckily if we could go back, but one night we were at Monserrate. Despite this inconvenience, they apologized with a letter and a few complimentary coffees. Very good location, very good breakfast. The staff is attentive.

In the heart of the city, it is located to have a unique experience, surrounded by the true center of the town with its daily life. You should be careful in your environment are located ungrateful people who generate distrust. It is close to La Candelaria Cerro de Monserrate museums and galleries.

The hotel is well located, the room not big, but very nice, the beds good and the staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We had the top room which is probably one of the nicer with three windows, for that it was rather location (Liftmotor and breakfast).

A very classic and very well located hotel in the La Candelaria area of Bogota. Great attention and lots of details in the rooms. Highly recommended.

Excellent location in the historic center, Barrio La Candelaria. The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. Hab was a double, number 304, with window to the lung, which is good because you do not hear the noise of the street, which is much. Comfortable double bed, refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink, table, light table, large wardrobe, digital television, small but comfortable bathroom.

Excelente ubicación, personal sumamente atento. Baño muy agradable, habitación un poco reducida. Agradable estancia.

Great location but it has some problems. The service could be better and the building is old and can be problematic for old people and families with children (stairs).

I stayed for two nights with several amig@s, and I can say that my experience was wonderful since being one of the oldest hotels in the city their rooms are very nice and spacious, they have a very good service to the room, also has a balcony in the dining area overlooking all Bogota, their employees are super dear. So if you are looking for a good place to share with family and friends I can recommend them.

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. It was an excellent stay… located in the best sector of the city. A wonderful view of the center of Bogota. I recommend it!

Hotel was nice but basic. There's no sign so you can't look down the street & see it do it can be hard to find. Just has glass door w/ name on it. No restaurant for snacks but they have coffee/tea in the lobby (though it was empty when we accessed it). Room was nice w/ en suite, but pillows were terrible! Clean & has in-room safe. Located well on the corner by restaurants & bars… Candalaria area was booming on a Fri night! Never felt unsafe, but dont haul your valuables with you. Overall a very decent hotel.

Excellent location, in the center of the city, very close to everything. Staff very attentive and the service good. The facilities are very clean and the decor great combined modern elements with classic touches.

This hotel is in a great location for things to do as well as transportation. My room was compact as I'd expect from any downtown accommodation, but the decor was top-notch. Breakfast was great including fresh fruit and squeezed orange juice. The price is unbelievable and I'd certainly stay here again.
