The hotel is good but I have already been in town for a while, I just got the suite where the tub didn't work and after calling 20 minutes they went to check, in the end we changed room. The next day after returning from working out we were almost treated as if we were no more guests and when we moved to buffet breakfast that was included we had been crossed off the list as if I had taken it. Luckily the girl who was doing that review knew about the change of room and made us go on without problem to breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Brilliant breakfast buffet and the rooms are nice and big. Do not expect a very modern hotel, but for the price it is worth every cent.

It's not a 5* or by far. It's old-fashioned. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel very well located close to restaurant area and the mall Unicentro, small but with the basic amenities if you have a business plan or in short stays.

Do not stay at this hotel. My family was supposed to stay six nights in the hotel, but we stayed one night, and it was a nightmare. We booked two rooms: a room for my husband and myself and a room for my kids, age 20 and 15. The kids’ room had no running water, which meant no toilet and no shower. After a full day of traveling, starting with a flight at 6 a. M. Out of Texas, the kids wanted to use a bathroom in a clean place and in their own room. No luck. Who checks in customers into a room without running water? Their room was a mess. It looked like the hotel staff took off the headboard that connected the two twin beds and then pushed them apart. There were holes in the wall where the screws went for the headboard, and there was an outline of the headboard on the wall. The beds had a sheet and a top sheet, and that was it. What was strange about the kids’ room and our room was that in order to turn on the lights, you had to use your room key. We did get the water turned on eventually, but the nightmare continued. Later that night, my daughter was in our room when we heard what sounded like a mother and son fighting in the hallway, but we were wrong. The screams of “No, No, No, ” and then the slamming of the door, and then kicking of the door in, and then the guttural, terrified screams are sounds that I will never forget. It was domestic violence and a possible rape in the room next to us. My daughter was terrified.

There were small tiny bugs inside the room, the bathroom smelled like mold… but… the hotel was very quiet and the customer service was great. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable… keep that in mind if you plan to stay here.

Sells itself as a 5 star hotel, but it's more like a 3 star. Our bathrooms had flies and didn't seem very clean. Price is good and location too. Staff were friendly and helpful.
