A quiet place with good rooms, breakfast is good but nothing of the other world. A good hotel if you have to do errands in the city.

Cheap and comfy option if you plan to stay for just a few days in Bogota. There's a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants close to the hotel (it's located in the downtown area after all) that are opened until late, so if you are of the nightlife-type, maybe you should consider this. Speaking of the service, the crew is friendly, helpful and kind: the hostess for the night shift is remarkable in this regard as she can answer almost any question you might have about the city and make recommendations, as well as being quick to respond to requests from the guests.

The staff here were incredible, even though my Spanish is limited they stuck with me helping me to break down the barrier. (Google translator thank you too). When I couldnt work out the bus system they helped, always with a smile. My room was simple and clean with a wardrobe, bed, TV and bathroom. The location is brilliant, twenty steps to the left a main street with restaurants and specialty shop and in view a fancy supermarket and shopping mall. A number of people speak a little English in the area but you won't know until you're floundering with Spanish, have a go and smile. Yes and to the right traditional restaurants and unbelievable cafes. Booked 4 days stayed 10!
