I am an operator of events at a professional level, it is unfortunate that a hotel with such infrastructure, as pretty, and as it expands, to have so many problems with the customer care, they are not very helpful and too hateful. Orient is part of the services, not just about having walls beautiful, needs good care.

Desepcionante the service in the Restaurant served the food cold and reheated in micro-wave, outside of that the boss of that area went up to apologize to x the bad service and to say q it was going to remove the tip to your staff we were wrong with our family was invited to a birthday event.

This hotel is great. Also many staff members speak English. The restaurants are good. The executive lounge food options are ok but limited. The breakfast buffet is great downstairs. The area is very secure. Safety is not an issue here.

Hello, if you’re looking for a place to stay during your visit to Bogota I could easily recommend this hotel. It’s clean, convenience location and the service is superb. During breakfast we had this wonderful waitress name Erica. She’s very nice and polite and just like her they’re many stuff members that are willing to help to make your day even better.

It is a hotel that is managed by Grupo Roble de El Salvador and is definitely the most pleasant hotel experience, such as being at home, with spectacular service. They make you feel like you're in the family, they care about every detail. Clean, safe, classy, experience whenever you can. This last time, I had an incident, I left my wallet in the hotel taxi and shortly after reporting it, I had already been contacted to find it. I feel in very good hands every time I stay at this hotel.

This has got to be the friendliest most conscientious staff of any hotel we have ever stayed. Just a superb hotel with 3 restaurants and a short drive to shopping which in Bogata is a dream with the bumper to bumper traffic. Hotel in great, has beautiful environment, the party in the bar and restaurants catches you. The drinks are amazing and the service is terrific. The rooms and facilities are very maintained and the price is the best. I will come back.

It's amazing the attention of the waiter staff. You always find the hot drinks in addition to a cookies to share. The only regular thing is the expensive parking.
Otherwise it has an excellent atmosphere to talk to before entering an event. The bathed ones are very personalized and groomed permanently.

Nice, modern, clean and the friendliest staff ever! Close to the airport with a couple of restaurant inside the hotel and a couple within walking distance making this a suitable hotel for a short stay.

Terrible the security of the hotel. In the month of February of this year, I participated in an event ahead of time in this hotel and I was the object of a theft in the development of the same. While we were on a Brake, someone entered the room and seized my laptop computer. With amazement I found that the hotel does not have security cameras in the halls!, by God, to these heights of the life and in this kind of Hotels? To not recommend the tour to any extent at their facilities. And to top that off, the security agents informed me that the hotel is not responsible for this type of event.

Great hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staff and always willing to help with everything. In front of the breakfast room there is an Asian restaurant where you eat fabulously well. There is private security surrounding the building and at the front door there is also a dog controlling access.

Beautiful beautiful place, very good care and very well located, has several and delicious food places next door like Buffalo wings, BBC and so many others. But between them. Mc Donalds Q allow you to have a pleasant estafia and eat or take something without going so far.

This was our second stay at the Marriott Bogota and we were pleased once again. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated, as are the rooms. Due to status, we were on once of the concierge floors. The lounge is on the 10th floor. It's well stocked and both breakfast and evening snacks are above average. They are in line with what you'd expect from an international property, which is much nicer than domestic properties. The bed was extremely comfy and late check out was greatly appreciated. The free hotel shuttle is great and we used it both coming and going. Special thanks to Leandro for giving us such a warm welcome to the City. It's a great way to land in Bogotá. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and a shopping center in walking distance. It's also easy to get downtown. Security is ever present.

Excellent customer service, as always standing out for its human quality, thanks to the manager of A and B Sergio Gomez for his wonderful management. Spectacular circus, live show every Tuesday complement the evening with a magical atmosphere.
As for the gastronomic offer is 100% recommended, do not leave without trying the sangria.

Enjoyed my stay at the Bogotá Marriott. I stayed a night getting into the country and the night leaving. Did not have much time to explore Bogotá but it was convenient to getting in and out of the airport. There is a free airport shuttle that was always within 1-5 minutes of arrival to the airport and departure from the hotel. I think they operate 06am to 10pm. From Bogotá airport (main terminal 1) go up the 2nd floor and exit door You’ll see a song for hotel shuttles. They will pick you up here. Staff are amazing. But I should also mention I’m platinum elite with Marriott. The club level and lounge are great.

Everyone that works here is so nice. We had a miscommunication and I missed the complimentary breakfast and the staff was so helpful in getting me food — I was starving and they comped my beautiful delicious lunch from one of their restaurant Tanoshii. Delicious. I am happy now. (Was getting #hangry) thanks for the great stay! Oh and they let me do late checkout. Wonderful. Stay here.

Very well located, close to the airport, the American Embassy, the National Administrative Center, the District administrative center, large shopping centers, Simón Bolívar Park, Saltpeter Park, Children's Museum, Virgilio Barco Library. And easy access to the city centre by public transport. Pretty quiet Sector.

We have always had excellent experience at the Bogota Marriott Hotel. The staff is friendly, and most of them are proficient in English. The rooms are exceptionally clean and Rumi. The food is outstanding, and the service is without fail, the best ever. We love this hotel, and we returned often.
