The excellent attention, the use of biosecurity protocols, the cozy atmosphere, the food.

It was a perfect night, all very nice, spacious rooms and a breakfast very varied and delicious.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is an added plus and offers a lot of choices from hot food, to cereal and fresh fruit and juices. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and clubs. There is even a large grocery store a couple of blocks away to save you a LOT of cash instead of using the in-room snacks and mini-bar because items in the room are exorbitantly priced to gouge you!

This hotel usually has great rates and is very good value. Service is truly superb, all of the personnel are corteous and diligent. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast is plentiful and there is good variety including a good selection of fruits. Small gym but the machines are new. The only two significant improvements would be a better, easier way to connect to the internet, and, getting chairs that have better back support.

I just ordered a sanwich took over half an hour and I didn't arrive, I ordered a Coke and I was charged they should have had the courtesy not to.
I do not recommend the food and beverage service of this place

Very nice, the rooms are spacious, have jacuzzi, large beds, large TV, it is in a good area of the city, its facilities especially in the bathroom are somewhat old, but still that gives a very nice touch, quite cozy.

I love this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I do not speak much Spanish but the entire staff was very patient and many knew enough English to ensure I was taken care of. I love the neighborhood feel of the area and there is a very nice grocery store close by to get all you would need to get comfortable. The rooms are very clean and I like the furniture and fixtures. I liked it so much I will be trying other Hotel Estelar properties.

The space has nice seating areas and beautiful restaurants, definitely a good place to spend a weekend, if you are clear foreigner this.

Sadly surprised with the food services and with the attention of the lounges. Even though the quality of the inputs is good the products were of a very poor invoice and presentation. The morning snack was not thinking with the ease and opportunity to be consumed. Lunch was a menu that had no harmony. Anyway, the food was not to my liking.

Very poor restaurant service. Announced salad that arrives with the incomplete ingredients, brought badly the order of the strong dishes. Loin fajitas with stiff tortillas and pico de gallo with long onions! Long past-point Pasta and all broken. Bad from beginning to end. The only redeemable thing: the waiter's attention. : (

Good location and service at a lower quality. The hours of the exercise room are not fulfilled. They have removed options at the buffet breakfast included as the coffee and waffle machine.

All in all well, however the housekeeper service is not efficient. I forgot something in the room and I came to realize two days later, although they had all my data, I was not informed at any time. I was able to recover the forgotten but would have liked to be anticipated, finally it is a recognized chain hotel, not any hotel.

Staff did not speak much English, but still were very accommodating and friendly. They did their best to work with my broken Spanish as well. Place was well kept and comfortable. Great room.

From my point of view, I find excellent service offered in the area of food and beverage, make a reservation for a lunch, for a family birthday, I really found the service very good to the table, the assembly and really the delicious food.
