The hotel is nice, has comfortable facilities, but I do not recommend it for Pasadia, personally we took a Pasadia "zero stress" but the attention was very regular, the bathrooms at the bottom of the pool is in poor condition with unbearable smells, the pool on the 1 floor needs cleaning, more information is missing for the Pasadia, example bring towels, soap etc, in the past is not included despite the cost of $180.000. A higher degree of grooming is recommended in the wetlands and gym.

Simply excellent, the attention, the prices, the pool with a family atmosphere, the cleanliness and the very good facilities. Recommended.

I was there a few days ago, I visited Colombia for the first time to represent my country in a beauty pageant. And I had the joy of staying at this hotel, it is very good, very clean and the employees are very helpful. 100% recommended, hope to come back soon!

Excellent service from lobby staff. But fine. I visited it on several occasions and before they did not charge parking now if… The last time I let you know that the presidential room at the jacussy was dirty. I report it they say they cleaned it and it was the same… now I come back I select the presidential room as always and find a disposable mask behind a bedside table… So room cleaning is the worst thing… in the dining room areo always have a no… they can't load the body into the room… they deny you a little butter and to top it off the bread they say they can't roast it amazing… as an entrepreneur I'm not to put bad post like this but really after several visits I deserved it… there are many hotels in bogota to afford to lose customers… personally I would think twice to get back to this hotel… if you leave the door open of the room so that air enters the noise of the cars is unbearable… this hotel seems to me to change ownership for such a reason for general plus money damage the hotel…

We we're there after Christmas 2018 with 2 puppies (I had purchased via mail). The staff are very friendly. The amenities are very inviting, and my kids loved it. It's in a great location convenient to all the touristy hot spots. I would definitely recommend it.

It is ok hotel. It is more of 3 star hotel than 4 or 5 star hotel they try to advertise. Suite is nice and big but some reagular room can be small. It is old hotel. Many simple things need to get fix in the room but they don't. Some room has hole in the wall or plumping is not functioning correctly. Hotel's highlight point is people work there. People are very nice and very helpful. Check in and check out could take long time. They need better system for check in and check out. Location of hotel could be good or bad. You could walk to many place from this hotel. But night time, this area is very much empty. Not recommand to walk around this area at night. Overall, if you could book this hotel at right price, it might be worth staying at this hotel.

The hotel is nice, but one thing people should know, they charge 120mil to enter guest. So think twice if you order guest.

The hotel it seems really old outside but inside is a really big surprise, facilities are really new, the people is always able to help you. The bedrooms are big compared with a normal hotel room.

Good afternoon I want to thank all of you even the girls of the spa for who were all Cordial and attentive all for q thanks to you I was able to celebrate my husband's birthday and for that sorry for the restrictions of the Turkish pool and sauna gave me more time to enjoy a thousand thanks for I will return excellent service there.

Good hotel, clean and new, shower temperature can fluctuate sometimes but the pressure is great. Breakfast selection is fantastic with fruits, cereal, eggs, soup, and a daily selection (for the two days I was there it was quiche and spaghetti). It took us 40 minutes to check in (can be improved) but overall an good hotel in Bogotá.

It is all very clean in the hotel. At the entrance you can always see security personnel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easily accessible by bus from the airport.

Great location. Walking distance to la Candeleria, Macarena, the Museo de Oro, the funicular to Montserrat, and the graffiti tour. The staff was also super friendly and lovely. Very helpful. There is a gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The breakfast had a nice selection of fruit each morning. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had a view of Montserrat.

Very bad customer service, my sister in law gave me a voucher for the spa. The lady that gave the massage to me and my wife looks like someone that doesn't know what she's doing. Sauna and steam room was cold basically were not working the lady just switch on when we get in. We ask to use the Jacuzzi she ask us 25.000 pesos each one. Ok, we ask for a shower to go to the swimming pool, to my surprise there's no shower close the swimming pool we ask where should we take the shower​ and the lady answer that is no hot water in the spa (no hot water in the spa? ) They said the only place to take a shower was inside the steam room with cold water. Oh my god. The complimentary glass of wine was a plastic cup with a sip of sweet red wine. I've no words for this experience.

Very clean and nice hotel. Good breakfast, omelettes are included! Good location, would definitely stay here again! The rooms are always temperature controlled and warm when we come back in from the cold! Awesome place!

I would rather stay in a hostel than hear. The water in the shower was cold for 2 days. I asked the reception to help me but the only thing they said is that I can go into the pool, because it's warm there. Are you kidding me?!? I paid a lot for my room and the most basic thing that you should have is warm water. I could not believe that this is rated with 4 stars.
