This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the room, to the friendly staff, the pool, the amenities, and the food! Everything was simply amazing. Being a Colombian citizen, my food expectations are very high, especially being in a city with thousands of different great restaurants. Everything we ordered to eat was delicious. Big props to the chefs and to the kitchen staff. You all made my stay unforgettable. Thank you Crowne plaza!

The hotel is excellent. The hotel staff and service are second to none in Barranquilla. The walkability of the hotel is excellent. 4 minutes to the mall, 2 minutes to a Plaza with restaurants and grocery. Perfect setup for a 1st time visitor or a regular like myself. The facility is also brand new. Highly recommended.

Deficiency in room service… Many flaws in breakfast to the room… review amenities… We found some used.

I loved that hotel. The only thing is that it has very small rooms but it has a phenomenal pool.

The hotel is nice. Infrastructure and service are good. Beds are confortable and will give you a good night. The height of the tower allow for a very quiet night as well. Breakfast is OK without anything special. If you room does not have breakfast don't worry there are plenty of options to choose from in the mall next-door.

The facilities are in perfect condition, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The pool is heated in the afternoon and one can take a drink or beers quietly inside it while enjoying the view.
Breakfast is very good (the only thing I didn't like about the breakfast was the cob bun which was made of Harinapan).
Those catering to the spa are very good and attentive, although the area destined for the spa may feel cramped when looking for a couples ' attention.

A new luxury hotel in Barranquilla, pleasant environments to spend with your partner, family or a business trip, has a stunning view of the union of the Magdalena River and the Caribbean Sea.

There are some minor details that need to get fixed before assigning 5 start to this hotel. For example silverware in the restaurant was dirty and water temperature in the shower was very difficult to set. The new installations are very impressive and the location is also very good.

Awesome service, great location and it has beautiful spaces.

The hotel is nice, but not a safe place. I left my luggage with the staff while I went for meetings, and someone opened it and stole my Bose headphones from it. I contacted the hotel and informed them, but they didn't help. I emailed the manager and never got a response. The reception staff said I should go in person and speak with the manager, which is impossible since I don't live in Barranquilla.

Terrible… Overpriced. I paid for a big bed they gave me a very small one, the air conditioning didn't work, they had a noisy party all night long, neither the staff or the hotel are worthy, Barranquilla has better hotels that are not so expensive…

Thanks God It was for one night only, the air conditioning is very bad, Barranquilla is a warm city and to get in the rooms was not a relieving at all, the staff act as they are so exclusive and good but their actions are telling something totally different, the bed was even smaller than the full size I have at home when we asked for a king or at least a queen. At first I thought the air conditioning was bad then a technician came to check on it, and left it even worst, then we asked to be changed but the other room air conditioning was in the same situation, we decided to leave it as we were to stay for one night only… then they had a noisy party on the swimming pool until 3 am which didnt let us sleep at all, to finish the people of the restaurant response when you ask for something they ran out, is like you are asking for alimony… NOT GOING BACK AND DEFINITELY LETTING EVERYBODY THE HOTEL IS JUST GOOD LOOKING BUT TERRIBLE STAY… WE PAY TO HAVE A PLEASANT TIME NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE GOING FOR LITTLE BUSSINESS.
