Great place. Good view. Quiet at night and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to provenza. On weekend possible to hear some noise from club.

Booked two separate apartments via Airbnb and enjoy them both equally. There's a roof top area with hot tub and tanning area and the apartments were well equipped to make you feel at home.

Excellent spot to stay at, walking distance from restaurants and shops. Only negative is that it's very noisy at night so it makes it difficult to get a good night sleep.

This hotel is situated in an up and coming area in the neighborhood of Manila. The streets around the intersection are lined with restaurants, champagne brunch spots and cafes.

Hotel is spotless clean, close to Lleras Park and all the best restaurants, does not have a bar, minor inconvenience.

I had a great stay. It was in a safe area near all the clubs in provenza and parque lleras.

Excellent hotel but with a poor location, the Metro is close but you cannot find restaurants or markets nearby, there is a kind of Bar called Social Club nearby but it is not a big deal and sometimes

The hotel is located in an excellent area. Walking distance from supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, farmacies and if you like to party at night there is plenty of places for you to enjoy.

Rooms were clean, a bit small if you got the economy room, it's close to shops and the stadium. It's a not a typical tourist area but close enough to 70 st were locals party. The service was bad.

Every time our family travels to Medellin, Colombia we always stay here at Ivannas. It’s clean very comfy and very good service. Must important very safe, with a garage straight to the elevators.

I just cant wait to come back. Amazing experience all around. The service, cleanliness, the food, drinks and comfort of the bedroom. The views are to die for. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing little hotel! The location is brilliant, on a street 30 seconds away from the main square but so quiet you won't get disturbed.

This would have been our 5th or 6th time staying at Casa Rose hotel. Each time we stay the experience has been excellent and improves each time. Esteban at the front desk always goes above and beyond.
