Clean, safe and convenient. There no amenities, like pool, parking but they arrange pick up from airports.

This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Medellin. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the price includes breakfast which is served outside near the pool. Clean hotel, attentive staff and great value.

Perfect location. Spacious, beautiful and clean loft style rooms (although they can improve the comfort of the beds — to us with back issues this matters a lot, but we could handle it).

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, visiting from Canada. Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from booking! Let me start by thanking all the staff and housekeepers, they did a phenomenal job.

My luck I tested positive for Covid my first night. I made the staff aware and they did the rest. Quarantined for 4 days and the staff handled all my needs for food, delivery, etc.

Small, well-kept hotel in the heart of Poblado in Medellin.
Very cozy room, very clean and spacious. In our room a splendid 2-seater hot tub.

As a designer, I really appreciated the hotel from a design standpoint — it’s visually stunning and clearly very well thought out.

I only stayed one night but wished it had been longer. The hotel has a central location with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The view from the terrace bar is spectacular, especially during sunset.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Urbis Las Medellín.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Urbit Social Lofts. We had a room with a kitchenette, two twin beds, a private bathroom and an additional sofa bed.

I recommend this place because it is in a good neighborhood, compared to other hotels located on the main street of Laureles business district, hotel 73 is in a quite and peaceful location.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I was supposed to check in at 3pm but the receptionist let me checked in early because my room was ready. I forgot her name but it was on December 3 / 2025.

It’s a really nice hotel with great service. The coffee is super tasty and the staff are very friendly, especially a girl named Valentina who helped me out. She was super kind and helpful.

Great location, very chill hostel, but friendly people staying in it but it’s not a young hostel.

Laundry service is not great but close to 24 hr panaderia and the metro.

Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Just a block away from Lleras park and all the action without all of the noise if you are trying to go to bed. The room was clean. The best part is the staff.

Great hotel but the service from the Mgr who runs it is fantastic inmost my bank card and was willing to help me getting cash through my bank account in the US. Close to everything.

Is located at 70 Street with walkable areas “majority bar” is very loud around there!
The rooms were fine, cleanness I will say can be better.
