➜ New hotel, modern style. The room was very small, but small.
➜ The bathrooms at the hotel have mold, the same as the fridge that is never connected and also has no drinks. Additional, her manager, Mrs. Flor Parra is rude and when I called her to put the complaint she replied that if she did not like the hotel I would not return. Please if you see my comment, it is not recommended to go to this hotel, it was quite unpleasant to converse with the lady and the phone attention of Mr. Abel, it's lousy.

I fell and hurt my ankle while in Sincelejo. The staff at Hotel Florida was helpful and kind. The manager got an ACE wrap from his own personal bag so I could wrap my ankle for better support. My inability to speak Spanish was overcome by his ability, throughout my 7 day stay, to provide me assisance for any and all needs. I was with a group of 9 people and Hotel Florida went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our rooms were always clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice!
