It really is more advertising than what the hotel really is… I consider that first of all they do not have trained the staff that attends in the reception, has no idea what it means a service to the client, second the rooms are small and not the asean properly including the bathroom, in addition the curtains of the window of the rooms are dirty and finally the water with which you bathe is salty … in short many things to improve, I think q have facilities that can take advantage, training and coordinating correctly the staff that works.

Well this is long. It was my first experience at this hotel. I spent the end of the year with my family and well the experience was not at all pleasant. To start the price is expensive compared to other hotels better than this, the rooms are small and the bathrooms do not have clothes to organize your wet clothes and things like that. Literal clothes are hung on handrails as it is as a neighborhood of the boy. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. They have approximately 9 waiters for the entire hotel. The green area of the beaches do not asean them. On January 1st I spend collecting the trash from the end of year event that very very, very poorly organized I was. My family and I had paid a quota of 250 thousand pesos and had no table. The food is very regular and they never meet the scheduled schedule in the dining room. In the parking lot, four cars were stolen, not guarded. And in the bathroom of the room that touched me, a lady leaked that I don't even count for. The hotel is messy and dirty. And your administrator is undiligent.

It is a quiet place, nice, cozy. It has good lighting, quiet beaches, good customer service, you can rent bicycles for $10, 000… At the time that we stayed in, were making an extension, so that some of the rooms have some details aesthetic and in the mornings you hear a bit of noise of the tools, but that did not influence anything our stay.
