Very good location, very clean room, just the problem of hot water that one day worked and the next day it didn't.

1st time here, it’s a great hotel, clean and tidy, rooms are great, lovey showers, air con works a treat, love the roof top bar the views are stunning, friendly staff My only problem is the beds we slept on are rock hard. Luckily we got a twin double room so we had a bit more comfort as we used the duvet from that to add a bit more cushion.

It is a very nice clean and nice hotel, it is in a safe area with excellent restaurants and bars, the warmth of its people makes you fall in love.

Regular service, they do not have a safe, they do not answer you for loss of your personal belongings, they do not help you move your luggage, no one controls the entry or exit of people to the hotel, unsafe for the high price per night.

Good facilities, looks very clean, good laundry service and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

Despite being a 5-star Hotel I can not believe that they have a lousy staff that it is believed the owner of the stranger, it angers me that for being a tourist does not take me seriously.

100% clean. Very friendly.

Over all the room was nice for the price, the breakfast had a homemade taste. Spectacular view from the 12th floor/outdoor bar. I would highly recommend this hotel. Only down fall was not having enough time to view the city.

The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and clean, however, it sounds like you are staying in a gymnasium. Our stay was 8 nights and I did not get a good night’s rest at all. There were parties on the 12th floor rooftop which could be heard throughout the hotel because the hotel is an open concept. I was woken up at 2:30 AM one night to a man staying in the room next door as he was in an altercation with a woman. The police came but the hotel did not initially ask him to leave and there continued to be problems with him. Right now as I write this review, it’s 11:15 at night and I cannot sleep because of extemely loud music being played on the rooftop for a 15th Birthday Party!

Good location, good breakfast which was American with a hint of Columbia. The roof top bar has great view.

So far so good. Beds are like a brick. Rooms are clean which nice. Has a very strong smell of soap in room. Way overpowering. Not enough towels as well as an employee walked us into room to tell us how to use everything. A little odd but whatever. Good view from 5th fot.

Was visiting friends staying at this location. Location was great, right in the middle of town, lots of restaurants nearby. Good rooftop bar and excellent views.

Great hotel. Coming back to the same. Great staff & service. Rooms are specious and clean. Breakfast is awesome. I am vegetarian and they made sure that I get perfect food. They tried to prepare something new everyday for me. Soon coming back.

Good hotel located on 70 Avenue, close to the Athanasius Girardot Stadium, with a beautiful view of the city. Comfortable room, American breakfast and close to rumba sites.

It is an excellent hotel in the treatment of the tourist in regards to the operations of it would be healthy to correct the area of the bathrooms by placing this actors and as far as the food keep Bain Marie to keep the food in good temperature.
Otherwise the hotel is super.

Very poor service of the staff, in wheelchair guest had multiple drawbacks because there is no parking for handicapped people, they wanted to unload it from the special vehicle in which it is transported in the street and with rain. Also booked a room with ample bathroom for him and when he arrived it was already busy, they were able to fix a room and had to wait until 1:00 in the morning. Very poor service despite being comfortable and nice.

OMG! I just can't give this place enough stars! WOW it was just a wonderful place to stay in every aspect of the word! From the second you walk into the lobby, the room, the club on the 12th floor, and the breakfast that included with the room! And the price was more than fair, I highly recommend it to all!

The walls are paper thin and you hear everything, from the music blasting late into the night, to conversations in the reception, to every single noise outside the door. I reserved a one double bed room and was given two double beds. The staff refused to provide a different room as per my requested booking. The room itself felt very Spartan — plywood cots hard as rock, impossible to sleep on, with bare minimum essentials (no safe, no extra towels, no hand towels, no Wi-Fi information). We literally only spent 30 mins in the room, just enough time to book a room in a different hotel and left. If you don't speak Spanish, don't expect any help, the staff do not speak English, so make sure you can handle all your requests in Spanish. My advice, just avoid. There are plenty of other options to choose from. As many reviews state, this hotel is not for foreigners.

The service and attention is very good the rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable, the place is very neat and quiet because the glasses are soundproof i. E. It is not uncomfortable the fact that it is in a rumba area, I give 4 stars for the detail that the Desay One is the same every day rice, eggs, sausage and bread and also the schedule is only from 6 to 9, ie one should rise maximum at 840 to reach breakfast and some people want to sleep later.

Nice location, lots of activity happening nearby. Beds are hard as a rock, and this coming from somebody who enjoys sleeping on hard cotton mattresses. Close to a lot of great restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The view from the terrace is excellent, if the bar is not occupied in private event, it is good option to "Precope. " The rooms are comfortable but somewhat "enclosed", the best are the balconies. The location is OK considering that you will find a subway station quite close by. The best is definitely the warmth and friendliness of the people of Medellin.

Very good rooms, comfortable, clean and excellent presentation. I would recommend that they improve the restaurant space and the variety of the breakfast menu. For 3 days there were only scrambled eggs with no alternative of other type of preparation (homemade or stewed or parakeet)

It has a very nice rest that is called golden Land, where it eats delicious and the attention is excellent… good respect price-quality. Some vegetarian food.

There is a rooftop bar and you can get nice views from there.

Facilities 8, service 7, location 9. Good Hotel with good amenities, a dining room from regular to bad, attention of the reception of regular to bad, can go unnoticed if you don't ask something, or you leave. People yell a lot and there is no control over them or those who take so that without sleep, if you're not accustomed to.

Excellent hotel, modern, excellent care, bar, restaurant, casino, meeting rooms for events. Located in the well-known 70 of the stadium. Close to the station of the metro stadium. Commercial area safe. A few blocks from the sports complex Atanasio Girardot. Near to via San Juan, to know the Alpujarra administrative center (town Hall and Gobernacion), Light park and Biblioteca EPM.

The bed is very firm. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Free drink and casino coupons. Staff were friendly. Location is closer to the train station and pretty local.

They do not have a power plant in good condition for when there are energy failures and everything is paralyzed in the place.

It's new and very beautiful. It is in a very central area with everything at hand. Its facilities are beautiful.

Do not stay there if you hope to sleep during the night, the place seems to be popular with sex workers and other interesting kind of visitors; rooms facing street are terribly loud — blaring music is so loud in the rooms (regardless of closed windows and drawn curtains) that you can feel your bed moves. Only limited number of staff speaks basic English. Beds are rock hard. While complaining to noises I was promised that they cannot do anything during the night but *will* move me next day. Next day no one was willing to honor the promise and pretended to not understand English at all. When requested to talk to the manager I was told that it is not possible because of … lunch time. Really? At 7pm?

It is the best hotel of the 70 to part that its service is excellent. Looks like a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed here and loved it, great location and the staff was awesome, there was a kind gentleman who really helped me during my stay there and wish I would have gotten his name :) I highly recommend!

Top notch hotel… very upscale! Security excellent. Customer service excellent! Very pleased with this hotel! The only thing they should change is the bed! I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! Other than that excellent.
