This hotel is located at walking distance to filled of festivities, food and clubs. The staff is second to none. Accommodations are clean, comfortable and with the necessary amenities you would ever need.

Very well located. It Is close to the 70 commercial and pedestrian Bouevard. Bike paths nearby, a good place to use as a base in Medellin.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff are wonderful and food is very good. Close to la 70 for dancing and a short walk to the best restaurants in laureles and the parks. Short walk to the metro to go anywhere in the city with ease.

This hotel is synomous of HOME. Since you enter the lobby make you feel at home, all the hotel staff are friendly and always but always willing to help. Juan, Walter, Carlos are THE MOST! The rooms are super comfortable and now that they have expanded the hotel have larger rooms. A hotel that thinks about taking care of the environment! Simply SPECTACULAR!

This hotel is special, as this makes you feel its staff, it is a place that, if you want to feel at home while enjoying your family vacation, you should not miss. Excellent location, close to everything, the atanasio girardot stadium, metro station, 70, in short, close to everything.

If I could I would give the hotel 4.5 stars. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During the day they are very well staffed. Breakfast is included with the room and is very good. They have a nice selection and variety. Wi-Fi is also included with the booking. It is a great location. It is on a quiet street but there are a large number of restaurants, night clubs, etc within a short walking distance. They is the good. The rooms are on the small side. Even worse most of them have interior views. The other negative is that tour buses user this hotel when in town. There are two types of travelers. Those that travel in large organized tours and those that do not. These two groups generally do not mix well.

Me a very nice but I would like to Ofrecíeran rooms with king beds.

Excellent Service, the hotel staff is very professional, warm and above all fast. They made Me feel like in case.
Breakfast is American, not buffe type. The menu of food is very varied; Sea food, meat, chicken, pasta and desserts. Prices are expensive.
The rooms are comfortable but they lack a chair and desk to work with.
A central place, at the front is the church and around cashiers and shops.

Best small hotel in Medellín. Outstanding service provided by a great team of employees. Everyone I met introduced themselves, told me where they worked and reiterated to let them know anything they could do to make my stay pleasant.

The staff is exceptional. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Short walk to the train station. Looking forward to future visits.

The hotel itself is very good, clean and staff is very cordial. Room is small with frosted window (no view), no drawers or desk. Room is equipped with a mini-fridge, free Wi-Fi, 32" TV and hair dryer. Breakfast is not super but better than average. Only 1 elevator and on a busy day you might have to take the stairs. Location is within walking distance (2 blocks) of 70th street where there is plenty of eatery and night life. HOWEVER, you will experience A LOT of morning noise hampering your sleep. Church bells will start sounding prior to 7:00am. Arriving flights into EOH will start prior to 7:30am. Hallway noise (talk, doors closing) echo's loudly into the room. You might be lucky enough to not get a "heavy footer" of "heal wearer" above your room. In my case I had the additional noise from a next door radio and dozens of girls coming in and out, being loud prior to 7:00am to 8:00pm. Front desk was notified multiple times because of the music and loud talking with NO ACTION TAKEN. It was a horrible stay for me and I feel the hotel should "comp" me a night stay! However, this Colombia and not the US. For those on business that wake up early, this would be a great choice BUT, if you like waking up after 8:00am, then find a different hotel.

This hotel was perfect! The restaurant was delicious. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Perfect location. Would totally recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived, there were staff their to greet us, offer welcome drinks, smile and offer any help we needed. Johanna at the front desk is helpful in giving directions, and Juan Carlos is the best server/waiter. The room was impeccable and the shower was hot. I especially enjoyed the fresh dragon fruit, star fruit, and juices in the morning during breakfast. Coffee available 24 hours a day, always someone there to help. I felt welcomed, as if I were a family member, from the moment I arrived. I didn't get that "Great, another gringa that can't speak Spanish well" look either, like I did in Bogota.

I can't even begin to describe just how wonderful this place is. A true gem in a neighborhood of truly kind people! We were here for the UCI BMX World Championships… many different countries staying in the hotel and many new friendships made! The Waiters and Staff provide 5 star service day and night! The food was some of the best I've had anywhere in the world! Priced right and delivered so much much more! A special shout out to Carlos… You on and the rest of the Waiters went above and beyond every day! From tips about the neighborhood and city to getting us pointed in the right direction!

The hotel and staff are nice. No doubt on that. But we were robbed from our wallets. And the person that we talked to was not at all kind of understanding. Would not recommend it.

I had a 2 a. M. Check in because of my flight. I was greeted at the cab and was checked in promptly, I had a reservation. There was a gentleman that came in right after me stating he had been at several hotels and checked out. He hoped this hotel would be to his liking. He was still there when I left a week later. It is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, the cleaning was non stop. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and very friendly. If you want to be treated special, this is the place to stay. They printed my boarding pass for my trip hope and arranged a taxi at a good rate to pick my up at 4 a. M. I will return and this is where I will call home while in Medellin.

There is a lot to dislike about this hotel. A matter of taste is the black and white interior with pure white lighting, horrible to me. You won't have an exces of space in your rooms and windows are not see through to have a view outside. What is worse, is that there is no proper maintenance. I have repaired a blind and the wash basin stop myself. The airconditioner filters were seriously clogged, demonstrating that there is no maintenance routine for this. This was room 525. After returning from Bogotá we had room 722. Same thing with the airco and the wash basin. On top, while getting under the shower after midnight and the water getting hot, it turned out that the cold water tap wasn't working. I cannot imagine that this was not reported by a previous guest. The good thing is a friendly and very atentive staf and delicious meals, except for the breakfast with only fat and sugary stuf.

Excellent hotel, we loved it with my wife, there was a drawback, but it solved very nicely, all the staff is very friendly.
